ISA Granturismo 70 is a series of Superyacht 230ft/70m superyachts built in in by ISA.

Created to a design of Team 4 Design-Enrico Gobbi, Granturismo 70 has a Displacement Steel hull and Aluminium superstructure driven by 2 x MTU 12V 4000M63 engines to a maximum speed of 17.5 knots while comfortably cruising at 14 knots. ISA GRAN TURISMO 70 M Rewriting history

ISA Yachts, a Palumbo Superyachts brand, presents the new generation of Gran Turismo, the shipyard’s traditional line that has contributed to its international success. The first model to take shape from the expert hands of Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi is a 70-metre yacht with a sporty and sensual appeal.

With a streamlined coupé-like profile and sinuous lines Gran Turismo 70m revolutionises the concept of exterior/interior to create a unique and sophisticated leitmotif.

The association of the refined contrast of the hull colour, in steel grey and charcoal details, with the minimal windows emphasizes the sleek flowing design and accentuates it longitudinally. 

The charcoal-colour skylounge, where the wheelhouse is placed, seems set back so as not to interfere with the slender line and let the characteristic ISA arch connecting all the decks take center stage.

As for the exterior layout, versatility is the name of the game like demonstrates the area forward of the owner cabin which can be both private and open to guests. This area includes an infinity pool connected to the owner cabin through a lit up path for a great scenic effect. A touch and go platform can also be provided. 

The owner cabin is a true glasshouse , where the very slim frames of the large opening floor-to-ceiling windows are virtually invisible, amplifying the feeling of continuity between inside and outside. 

At the stern end of the upper deck, such sense of continuity between the round dining room with opening windows at 180 degrees and the external cockpit is achieved through the use of the same type of wood.

The outdoor furnishings are organic and characterized by very modern round and curved shapes combined with warm colour wood for a glamorous high-quality elegance.

The same philosophy is applied to the interior, where an attractive teak and wenge wood selection is used for both the flooring and the ceiling cladding. Dove gray and taupe with traces of contemporary blue are exquisitely mixed in a pallet of warm colours.

Prestigious marble and satin brass details give the room an even more exclusive allure.

The owner cabin strays from the path using a combination of sandblasted teak-colour walnut wood and very light-colour leather to produce a truly unique effect. 

Both the ceiling and floor lighting play a special role as they are also designed to lead the gaze to infinity transcending any indoor-outdoor barriers.

The spacious SPA area, a true convivial club, is connected on the sides and aft by large opening platforms. The use of very thin-cut and treated stone conveys this environment an incredibly relaxing Zen touch. Behind the bar, there is a LED TV visible from everywhere in the room, for the projection of films or ambience videos.

On the main deck, ISA GT 70 offers 5 double cabins including a VIP with lounge. The owner cabin is located forward on the upper deck with two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower, a vanity area and two wardrobes.

After witnessing the odd yet elegantly crafted 61 Asymmetric by Francesco Struglia Design, we’re dialing it back to something more contemporary. Thankfully, ISA Yachts just recently unveiled a snazzy flagship for one of its popular sporty series. This is the new Gran Turismo 70m and it’s a fitting silhouette to promote the shipyard’s fleet of luxury leisure watercraft.

At approximately 230 feet long, its blueprint comes from Team for Design’s Enrico Gobbi. “With a streamlined coupé-like profile and sinuous lines Gran Turismo 70m revolutionises the concept of exterior/interior to create a unique and sophisticated leitmotif,” reads the official page.

The color palette that dominates the exterior and interiors of the superyacht evokes relaxation. Among the shades that are in use include blue, dove gray, taupe, and wood – particularly wenge and teak. Everything combines to make guests feel welcome and cozy across its spaces.

It’s easy to miss at first, but there are elements of marble and brass which add elegance to the overall presentation of the rooms and furniture. Generous amounts of glazing line the walls across all decks to provide people with panoramic views of the water and encourage natural light to filter in by day.

Amenities to take note of include a large spa with treated stone interiors to give it a truly Zen touch. The main deck of the Gran Turismo 70m is where you’ll find a VIP lounge, five double cabins, and an owner’s suite with two en suites. Head over to the forward section to access the infinity pool with sun pads and more. ISA Yachts is planning to build a 50-meter model in the future.

Il 70 metri è il primo modello di quella che sarà la nuova generazione della serie Gran Turismo che ha contribuito al successo internazionale del cantiere, flagship del gruppo Palumbo Superyachts. A breve, infatti, la presentazione del 50 metri

ISA Yachts, marchio del gruppo Palumbo Superyachts, con il nuovo 70 metri disegnato dal Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi  riscrive la storia della serie Gran Turismo, la linea tradizionale che ha contribuito al successo del cantiere nel mondo.

Il nuovo 70 metri ha un profilo filante da coupé e linee sinuose e rivoluziona il concetto di esterno/interno per creare un leitmotiv unico e sofisticato – spiega in una nota il cantiere –  mentre l’associazione del raffinato contrasto del colore dello scafo, in grigio acciaio e dettagli carbone, con le finestrature minimali,  enfatizza il design slanciato e fluido e lo accentua in senso longitudinale.

Lo skylounge color carbone, dove è collocata la timoneria, sembra arretrato per non interferire con la linea slanciata e lasciare che il caratteristico arco ISA che collega tutti i ponti sia al centro della scena.

Il layout esterno è stato studiato per essere versatile come dimostra l’area a prua della cabina armatoriale, che può essere sia privata che aperta agli ospiti. L’area comprende una piscina a sfioro collegata alla cabina armatoriale attraverso un percorso illuminato per un grande effetto scenico. È possibile prevedere anche una piattaforma touch and go. La cabina armatoriale è una vera e propria serra, dove le cornici molto sottili delle grandi finestre apribili dal pavimento al soffitto sono praticamente invisibili, amplificando la sensazione di continuità tra interno ed esterno.

All’estremità poppiera del ponte superiore questo senso di continuità tra la sala da pranzo rotonda con finestre apribili a 180 gradi e il pozzetto esterno è ottenuto grazie all’uso dello stesso tipo di legno. Gli arredi esterni sono organici e caratterizzati da forme rotonde e curve molto moderne abbinate a legni dai colori caldi per un’eleganza glamour di alta qualità.

Per gli interni è stata applicata la stessa filosofia con una selezione di legni di teak e wengé utilizzata sia per la pavimentazione che per il rivestimento del soffitto. Il grigio tortora e il tortora con tracce di blu contemporaneo sono sapientemente mescolati in una palette di colori caldi. Dettagli in marmo e ottone satinato conferiscono all’ambiente un fascino ancora più esclusivo.

Per la cabina armatoriale è stata invece utilizzata una combinazione di legno di noce sabbiato color teak e pelle molto chiara per produrre un effetto davvero unico. Sia l’illuminazione del soffitto che quella del pavimento giocano un ruolo speciale, in quanto sono anch’esse progettate per condurre lo sguardo verso l’infinito, trascendendo qualsiasi barriera tra interno ed esterno.

L’area SPA per la sua ampiezza può definirsi un vero e proprio club conviviale ed è collegata ai lati e a poppa da grandi piattaforme apribili. L’uso di pietre trattate e tagliate molto sottili conferisce a questo ambiente un tocco zen molto rilassante. Dietro il bar, c’è un televisore a Led visibile da ogni punto della stanza.

ISA GT 70 offre 5 cabine doppie, tra cui una Vip con salotto, sul ponte principale. La cabina armatoriale si trova a prua sul ponte superiore e dispone di due bagni, uno con vasca e uno con doccia, un’area vanity e due armadi.

Prossimamente – informa Isa Yachts – sarà presentato anche il modello del 50 metri della nuova linea Gran Turismo.

ISA Yachts unveils 70m Gran Turismo flagship

Enrico Gobbi designed the exterior of the vessel.

ISA Yachts, part of Palumbo Superyachts, has unveiled the new 70-meter flagship Gran Turismo. The yacht has a streamlined profile in steel gray, minimalist windows and ISA's signature arches connecting the decks.

The main idea behind Gran Turismo's rethinking of its silhouette was to strengthen the yacht's connection to the outside world. The updated model was given an owner's stateroom with thin frames framing large panoramic windows.

On the upper deck, the tables became an extension of the aft deck, with panoramic views thanks to the sliding glass windows.

The Gran Turismo's interior features a neutral color palette in addition to marble and brass accents, while the exterior furnishings feature curved shapes and the use of warm wood.

The yacht has five double cabins that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The owner's stateroom has private access to the front deck with an infinity pool. A beach club with a bar and reclining platforms is on either side of the boat.

ISA Yachts presents new 50m Gran Turismo model

ISA Yachts , a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has lifted the lid on a newly restyled 50-metre edition of its Gran Turismo range, shortly after revealing a flagship 70-metre edition in May of this year. 

The 50-metre is the latest model to benefit from ISA's overhauling of its Gran Turismo line, which aims to maintain the line's signature sporty character while modernising the yacht's profile and adding a number of new features.

The contemporary new look comes courtesy of Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design and centres around a streamlined profile, straight bow and raked-back superstructure. The coupé-style yacht will sit under 499GT and bring in elements of jet design, a signature of the Venice-based studio.

The yard has envisioned a more "slender" profile for the new Gran Turismo range, achieved by high side arches and roll bars that run towards the stern of the hull and taper in.

One of the highlights of the new Gran Turismo model is the open stern, which spans across three decks and comprises a large lounge with unobstructed views and a swim platform with direct access to the sea. In the middle is a glass-rimmed swimming pool. Elsewhere, there is a Jacuzzi on the sundeck aft and a firepit located on the bow.

Enrico Gobbi's studio has used a mix of fluted wood, thin metal inserts, soft and indirect lights and metal and dark brass frames to achieve the yacht's "fresh" interior. A black and gold colour palette has been envisioned throughout her social and private areas.

Accommodation comprises a main deck owner's suite complete with a massage room and private gym, with the option of replacing the gym area with an additional guest cabin. The entire area is flooded with light thanks to large windows, and a French door with a terrace is at the exclusive use of the owner.

On the deck below there are four double en suite cabins, with the tender garage located on the aft and further accommodation for a crew of 11, split between seven cabins. The yacht has been envisioned with a maximum speed of 20 knots and cruising speed of 15 knots.

According to BOATPro , ISA has two yachts over 60 metres under construction, including the 66-metre Sportiva .
