They were Seasonal boaters. Living in Canada they came to the boat for the Winters and summers they spent back at their land home. The 504's expansive frameless windows create a bright, cheery atmosphere in the salon. Her 2 staterooms offer sleeping for eight adults. Master stateroom features a queen-sized island berth with an inner-spring mattress and direct access to the cockpit. The private head has separate head, shower and vanity facilities. The second stateroom also offers an island berth with access to the forward head, which includes a bathtub.

A superbly designed salon features an L-shaped sofa, dinette and entertainment center. The galley is well thought out, and has a full-sized, separate refrigerator and freezer.

Enjoy the sundeck and bridge year round in A/C or heat, in her complete hard enclosure. There's abundant seating around the helm console for enjoying the view while underway. Her extra clean engine room houses the Cummins 450's with only 520 hours. The Kohler 13kw generator looks new with 600 hours.  She is equipped with a Vetus Bow Thruster for easier handling around the dock and is ready to take her new owners to the Bahamas for a weekend or a year ! ! ! !

1996–1998 ) rides on a conventional modified-V hull with a

relatively wide beam, cored hullsides, and a shallow keel for directional stability.  Additional features include a tub/shower in the forward head, a good sized engine room, wide side decks and side dumping exhausts

She is powered by Twin 450 Cummins Diesels which cruise her at 20 knots and top end in the 23-24 knot range.  Just over 500 original hours on engines. She moves quickly and comfortably with her long extended cockpit.

As you enter you will notice the newly carpeted interior and custom window treatments that accent the warm decor. The galley is to port with a wood floor. The salon has beautiful tan leather couches. One to starboard and the dinette for 4 is to port. Forward and a couple of steps down, is the guest stateroom with an Island Berth. The large head and shower has dual access. Aft is the Master Stateroom with a Queen size Island Berth and ensuite head.

Preparing gourmet meals are easy in this spacious fully equipped galley. Complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer, Microwave, Corian countertops, and plenty of storage.

The Sundeck has a fiberglass hardtop with the optional full glass enclosure and is completely air conditioned/heated for your comfort. The bridge is also air condtioned/heated and is comfortably arranged offering additional seating around the helm console. The wet bar and sink with built-in ice maker and separate refrigerator, makes entertaining guests easy. Two Lexan wing doors lead to her wide sidedecks. Molded steps lead down to her cockpit where there is sliding door entrance to the Master Statedroom. The walk thru transom door leads to the swim platform.
