This is a members club that has a marina, boat slips, a clubhouse and a pool right at the opening to Milford harbor. The location is gorgeous with a view across the harbor to private homes, another boat marina and out to Long Island Sound. There are no bridges to pass so sail boats are welcome. I am not a boater nor a member however I know several members and have been a guest on numerous occasions. My most recent visit was for cocktails and dinner which were both great. We sat outside along the waterfront and enjoyed the summer weather and sunset. Our party of five sat on the deck for dinner . The menu was diverse and so we all ordered various dishes which were pretty good. The service was excellent. Our group was pleased with our meals and cocktails. I was Happy to be a guest and will return again when invited.

Easter Sunday Brunch/Carving station was the best meal ever!! 6 of us enjoyed every bite. It was well run, there were no hiccups and the Ice Sculpture was terrific! So glad we were there for the day! Carole (Beckerer) Williams Thank you all for all your work and giving up your day for all of us...

First time visiting the Milford Yacht Club as guests where we felt very welcome and accepted. Staff was attentive and food was excellent. Wide variety of menu offerings, there is certainty something for everyone. I had the half roasted chicken which fell right off the bone. Truffle Dijon potatoes were cooked perfectly. You absolutely cannot beat the sweeping views of the Milford harbor, Charles Island, and Gulf beach. Looking forward to returning as soon as we can!

Membership is a must ! The people are so friend and the views are second to none.. whether you own a boat or not its a great social gathering with food drinks and good food..you cant go wrong , its about Maki g memories with family that last life time..

While I'm not a member of the Yacht Club, we had our wedding here in October 2018 on what would be a perfect afternoon/night. James(Director of Catering/Dining) and his team executed flawlessly throughout the night. Having worked in catering in the past, things are never go 100% according to plan. It's important to over-communicate before the event to minimize things going off plan. This was never a problem working with James and his team leading up to and on the wedding day. No surprise to us, the food was a big hit with our guests. Having been to a wedding here before our own, we knew that would be the case. We didn't realize they would have vegetarian options and that seemed to be more popular than we expected. Not dealing with the booze ended up being one more thing off our plate and the Bar Manager was eager to work with us to ensure everyone were happy. Based on the party that night, there were no issues. Although I've grown up in Milford, I never really thought of MYC as a wedding venue option. Once we realized non-members could get married here(with a sponsor), it quickly became our #1 choice. It's a great representation of what Milford is all about and there's no better view in Milford.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my 30th birthday at the Milford Yacht Club! The wait staff and James were absolutely amazing to work with. The team went above and beyond to ensure my guests had a fabulous time. Reallyyy nice Yacht Club. I played a concert here with the Milford Concert Band for the Blessing of the Fleet Ceremony, in which the Milford Mayor and commodores led the ceremonies. The views are gorgeous, the fleet is very nice, and there is beautiful outdoor area all around. The crowd was really nice and fun and pretty friendly for a yacht club. The coffee here was good, though I cannot comment on the food or drinks unfortunately as I didn't get a chance to try them. There is ample parking for guests. I believe it is for members, but guests can also go for food an drinks outside.

The Milford Yacht Club created a magical wedding experience for my husband and me, and all of our guests. Located on the mouth of Milford Harbor, surrounded by docks filled with sailboats, motorboats, and sandy marsh and beach. It was the perfect waterfront wedding spot for us. We had our ceremony on the perfectly groomed front lawn of the restaurant overlooking the Long Island Sound. It was a perfect warm day in August of 2017. The ceremony moved right from the lawn, to the deck where cocktails and hor'deuvres were served. Our waitress for the evening, Julie, met our every need for a Dark n Stormy or a bite of the scallops wrapped in bacon. James, the manager, smoothly executed every single detail to make sure the evening ran smoothly from the first dance to the sparkler finale. James met our every need from the moment we met to begin our planning. His professionalism and preparation before the big night allowed us not to have to think much! The food was amazing. The drinks were endless. The guests were ecstatic. The staff was exuberant. They made you feel like family. Having known most of the staff for years, since I worked there, too. I felt right at home, and they will make you feel the same way. Meals arrived right on schedule so that we could move from dinner inside, to dancing out on the tented deck where our band played. Steaks, fish, chicken.... Dave the Chef cooked everything to perfection.

We couldn't be more thankful for our perfect wedding at the Milford Yacht Club! From the start, James, Theresa and John were so involved and ensured everything ran smoothly. Our day (July 2018) was just as great as they promised it would be! It was calm, cool and collected, and MYC was a HUGE part of making that happen. They went out of their way to make sure our special day was everything we'd hope it would be and more. We would highly suggest MYC for events and weddings, they're so involved and care just as much as you do about whatever the event may be. Thanks you guys for all you've done for us!! -Swifts

Beautiful views, amazing friendly service, delicious food. The bar is beautiful, very well stocked. Can't wait to visit again. The gluten free pizza was amazing.
