My first time coming here as I was recommended by my regular dive shop (they didn't have the BC I wanted to try on). Dariel assisted me and helped me try on the Scubapro hydros for women. I'm super selective as I started out as a Marine Biologist and been in medical sales for last 12 years, so to say that I'm analytical is an understatement! Here's what I liked about this establishment: 1. Large Selection 2. Dariel was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for everything I asked about the BC 3. He was willing to work with me on finding the appropriate gear and very patient 4. He explained some really great points about the BC that I didn't notice seeing it for the 1st time 5. Dariel loves what he does and it shows I'm still undecided about which BC I'm going to get to replace my old one, but I will be back to this store. Great shopping experience and great talking to you!

I come here to get parts for my 3rd lung, which is an air compressor on a tube that pumps air down to you when diving so you don't have to wear a scuba tank. And with Lobster season coming up, I need it in tip top shape. They are awesome when it comes to parts. I needed the tub that the motor sits in, instead of selling me a new one, they remembered they had a used one they could give me a deal on. I needed the tube that the rig floats on... "We don't have any in stock, but let me take it from this complete 3rd lung so you don't have to wait." They get that when a toy breaks you want to fix it quick so you can keep playing! Last time I was in there grabbed a snorkeling mask, they gave me 15% off, just because! A warning: This place is dangerous! They have so much cool stuff, I could easily go broke, from spear guns, to dive knives, to snorkeling gear, and underwater jet ski things. It's just an awesome place.

So bad it's scary. Granted, they allegedly "changed management," but I ordered a product and put a deposit down - and it never came! They gave me a refund but it was 4 months later! Take your business elsewhere.
