to be interested in selling brokered boats. They are very cautiously reserved when it comes to Franklin, sounds like they are scared to lose their jobs with Denison. Franklin Denison jr. Is Boss now. Terrible experience with Franklin Denison. He don't care about cheap boat listings. I've been trying to see Franklin Denison personal listing for 2 plus week. 250,000.00. 1988 70 Hatteras that look pretty amazing in pictures. Mr Franklin Denison makes excuses and such as oh it 4th of July week not parking. Basically he is not interested in showing the 1988 70 Hatteras located in Stuart "Island Time 2". 250k the listing says this will be the next Hatteras to sell. it won't sell if you don't show it. It been listed 400 days or more. No wonder. Franklin will not be bothered to show it. Attitude is from Franklin. it's not worth his time to show it nor to make arrangements for someone else to show it. Mr Franklin Denison seems you have forgotten where his family started from. If you don't want to waste the time showing it. Then cancel the listing. No wonder it has not sold, you can not get a showing to even see it. Mr Franklin steers away potential buyers, as it is not much commission at 250000.00. 10% = 25000.00. I will make it my new project to find and notify the owner of this Hatteras. I'm retired Law Enforcement of USA and I will go to the marina in Stuart by the bridge. I know where the boat is and I will poke around until I find the owners info. What impressed us about him was the time he spent with the family making sure that the Sabre fit our needs and was not just trying to make a sale.Throughout the entire process including after the purchase, Erik has been there for us.  This included helping to get marine and engine surveyors, yard haulers and electronics specialists who helped upgrade the boat's navigation equipment.I cannot say enough about Erik Mayol and Denison Yacht brokers and would recommend them without hesitation.

The boat itself far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using Denison Yacht's and moreover Scott LaCroix to anyone in search of a quality sailboat and a seamless sales process.

I explained that I would be in flight by then and offered to immediately wire $5k to validate my intent and to hold the offer until I land (2.5 Hrs). In the 30 minutes I had prior to my departure, I had secured a surveyor, agreed on a date and bought tickets. He suggested no worries the agreement would be in my mailbox, just respond quickly because there is activity on the boat. The second I landed I opened, read and signed the agreement. I got home and sent him an email requesting confirmation of receipt of the agreement and the date to survey the boat -two days out. He responded that he had received a better offer and would touch base if it falls through. He would not return my call, allow me to counter, just a complete blow off!!!!! It is total BS that he would put out another contract without consulting me or ability to counter. My offer was clearly first otherwise why would he send me a contract that was less then an a preexisting offer. Or better yet, why not give me the ability to counter. How does he know where I was willing to go. They wouldn't even tell me the winning bid!!! What a joke!!!

She understood exactly what my wife and I wanted in a boat and she made it her mission to find us the perfect vessel. She was never "on the sell" and always put our interests first. Being 600 miles away, we depended upon Kim to be our advocate and arrange for a sea trial, vessel and mechanical surveys, and haul out. We have had a blast during one of the most challenging times in the history of our country with COVID. We took her out the Golden Gate and made memories that will be with us for the rest of our lives. We can't wait to have fun and make more memories this boating season. Bill joined the team at Denison Yachting in Newport Beach, California, in 2016. He just won the Award for Broker of the Year for New Yachts in 2020. Bill has decades of experience and a vast knowledge of boating and boats of all kinds. His passion for boating and being on the water began at a very young age. He grew up in Ohio where his dad took him on boating excursions and fishing trips, exploring the Great Lakes. He learned to drive and dock a boat when he was just 8 years old. By 19, Bill already had his first boat. He was also an avid water skier and power boat racer. Bill even set a world record in power boat racing in 1972!

By the mid seventies, Bill had a new hobby... sailing! He moved to San Diego, where he honed his skills and fell in love with sailing. It was not long until he even completed a Trans-Pacific journey to Hawaii. Upon his return to San Diego, Bill pursued his passion for boating by making it into a career and began working in the yacht sales business. He was hooked.

In 1983, Bill formed Coastline Yachts. He became the Chris Craft Dealer in San Diego, adding Ocean Yachts, Ocean Alexander, Tollycraft and Blackfin to his product line. He also founded Palmer Yachts, which had an exclusive focus on brokerage (pre-owned) boats, as well as both power and sail. Bill gained a wealth of experience and knowledge while running his own companies.

Another big opportunity landed in Bill’s lap in 2003, when he joined Ardell Yacht & Ship Brokers, a large brokerage firm in Newport Beach that had a national focus. He had 13 very successful years with them. Bill led the team in 2009 as the Top Sales Broker of the Year, and again in 2013 as the Top sales Broker of the Year, for the entire company, nationwide.

Bill feels he is at home now at Denison Yachting and in the perfect place to share his passion and knowledge of both power and sail boats, while helping his clients find the perfect fit for them and their lifestyle. In addition, Bill’s personality, sense of humor and dedication often lead from client relationships to lifelong friendships.
