The new 50-meter displacement motor yacht Heesen is launched

New full-custom yacht Ann G, built on the Dutch shipyard Heesen, was launched in May 2015. Construction management and all finishing works for this displacement 50-meter yacht were carried out by the brokerage company Arcon Yachts. One of the most anticipated and beautiful projects of the year 2015 — a new yacht Heesen — sure enough will become a star of the upcoming seasons in the category of super yachts up to 500GT.

The new Heesen 50m project is a result of more than three years of effective cooperation of the famous Dutch shipyard and brokerage company Arcon Yachts, which carried out all the comprehensive maintenance and management of the project at all stages of design and construction. Ann G is a fully displacement 50 meter yacht with a steel hull with 499 GRT, designed by naval architects Van Oossanen and Heesen engineering team as an individual customized project. Motor yacht Heesen 50 m is powered by two MTU 8V 4000 M63 diesel engines, so the new vessel will be able to reach a maximum speed of 15 knots and make an autonomous navigation range of 4,000 nautical miles at a speed of 12 knots.

The exterior design of the new Heesen project №17350 Ann G created by Clifford Denn is absolutely unique because of almost complete customization and thoughtful attention of the Owner and designers to the smallest details: starting from the shape of the mast and the soft contours of the hull, and ending up with a special form of handrails. The general style of the yacht Ann G is both classical and classy, elegant and brutal.

There are 5 guest cabins on board of the yacht Ann G: 4 cabins on the lower deck are for guests, and then upper on the main deck there is the Owner's suite. One of the most distinctive features of Heesen 50 m project is a very large beach club with a bar, a hammam and fitness equipment in the stern of the vessel, as well as non-standard storage location for tender and water toys in the garage and in the forward part of the main deck. The hull of the new 50 meter yacht project is painted in customized Dark Night Blue color, designed specifically for this yacht.

Motor yacht Heesen 50m could really boast of her incomparable interior, designed and realized by famous designer bureau Raymond Langton Design. If you try to describe in a few words the interior aesthetics this ambitious new displacement yacht project is a smart and subtle reinterpretation of Art Deco style. New yacht Heesen 50 m Ann G is decorated with countless stone mosaics, exquisite selection of marbles, with all guest areas fully finished in walnut and Macassar ebony. There are diverse art elements throughout the yacht, including a huge chandelier over the dining table on the main deck, luxurious panels on the lower deck and huge sculpture, towering in the stairwell from the lower deck to the top.

Moreover, technical solutions applied on the yacht Heesen 50m, such as extra-wide doorways and stairwells, traditionally used on the yachts of a much larger size, create a feeling of astonishing spaciousness and comfort on board.

The masculine exterior design of LADY LI (ex Ann G) comes from Clifford Denn . Reymond Langton is responsible for the Art Deco interior design. Heesen constructed her hull in steel and her superstructure in aluminum.

The owner’s suite is forward on the main deck. That area has a private office, a full beam bedroom with ensuite bathroom and his and hers dressing room.

LADY LI has also a sky lounge on the bridge deck and a beach club with gym, multipurpose spaces, steam room, bar and a seating area.

Lady L is a semi-custom motor yacht launched in 2012 by Heesen Yachts in Oss, Netherlands.

From day one, Heesen has pursued a consistent mission: to create yachts with exceptional standards of engineering and meticulous attention to detail.

Lady L measures 44.60 feet in length, with a max draft of 2.81 feet and a beam of 9.00 feet.

Lady L has an aluminium hull with an aluminium superstructure.

'Crossing borders and Synergy' is the operative logo of Omega Architects. The company was founded by Frank Laupman in 1995. Ever since then he has worked on architecture, yachts and interiors. He was able to ‘cross the borders’ of his own background and finish designs in areas of different nature.

Lady L also features naval architecture by Heesen Yachts.

Lady L is a semi-custom 4400 Aluminium model.

Lady L has a top speed of 25.00 knots. She is powered by 2 diesel engines and uses a twin screw propulsion system.

The 50m/164ft art deco delight ANN G has been renamed as luxury yacht LADY LI , now available for winter Caribbean charters. This stunning Heesen vessel features the exterior styling talents of Clifford Denn and interiors from British studio Reymond Langton Design .

Guests can spend their days lounging beside the water with the generous swim platform and beach club, where guests have a bar for plenty of refreshments throughout the day.

Up, on the main deck, there is a row of sunbeds along the stern and an alfresco dining table for outdoor meals in the shade enjoying such views as the Pitons in St. Lucia or the untouched islands in the Saint Barthelemy Natural Reserve.

Even more alfresco dining and sunbathing spaces can be found on the wheelhouse deck aft, allowing guests to split up into smaller groups or celebrate a special occasion outdoors in style.

Whether partying through the night at Jost Van Dyke in the BVI s or cruising among St. Vincent and the Grenadines , the sundeck is ready for an hour, any occasion with a large forward Jacuzzi surrounded by sunbeds, a central wet bar and alfresco dining area and lounge, plus more sunbeds along the stern.

Within, the bold geometry of art deco is timeless: Even in an era of crisp clean lines the elegance of a motif from the 1920s resurfaces time and again for its elegance and charm, and there is no doubting the opulence aboard LADY LI. Precious and semi-precious stones have been used throughout, creating stunning lobbies, back-lit bars and wall panels and intricate wall designs in the en-suite bathrooms. From the chandeliers to the door handles, the detailing is minute and whether chartering for a special occasion or as an indulgent treat, M/Y LADY LI is filled with ambience.

The main salon and formal dining area combine to create one large space for intimate gatherings between family and friends. The skylounge above has a more contemporary environment perfect for unwinding while cruising or for drinks after sunset.

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests over 5 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 3 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. All suites are generously proportioned and offer the utmost luxury, with large windows giving plenty of natural light to every room.

The professional crew of 10 ensures that guests have 1-to-1 service throughout their charter.

The 44 metre Heesen motor yacht Lady L has been listed for sale by brokers Frank Grzeszczak Sr. and Frank Grzeszczak Jr. at FGI Yacht Group .

Constructed in aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen, the yacht sports an exterior courtesy of Omega Architects and was delivered in 2012 as part of the yard’s Heesen 4400 series.

Accommodation comes for up to ten guests in five cabins, comprising a nine metre full-beam master suite, two VIP suites and two twin rooms, while crew quarters house a team of nine.

Instantly recognisable from her striking grey hull, the yacht features al fresco dining on her skylounge deck, while a Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads is found on her sundeck.

Her interiors boast amenities such as a DirecTV, a home theatre and Apple Air Play and a music server on her main deck. Meanwhile, her main saloon boasts ample comfortable seating and several lavish dining spaces. Lady L comes fully equipped in the tender department, hosting a 6.4 metre Castoldi Jet tender.

A shallow draft of 2.8 metres means she is an ideal yacht for island-hopping around The Bahamas or the Caribbean.

Twin MTU diesel engines provide the yacht with a top speed of 25 knots, with a cruising speed of 21 knots.

Lady L is asking $16,900,000.

Her water tanks store around 20,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register ✠ 100A1 SSC Yacht ✠ LMC UMS classification society rules, and is MCA LY2 Compliant.
