The Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool is one of the UK’s most popular tourist attractions, part of Liverpool’s iconic waterfront. Built in the 1860’s The Royal Albert Dock was a revolutionary new complex of docks, offering fire proof indoor storage for goods from all over the world.

Today the Royal Albert Dock has become a popular, vibrant destination for locals and tourists alike, enjoying the bust bars, restaurants and shops catering for all occasions.  In addition to several world class museums and of course the Tate Gallery of Modern Art, the visitor can expect a vibrant cultural experience, just a few moments walk from Liverpool City Centre.  You can learn more of the history of the docks and of Liverpool as you cruise the dock system from our on board commentary.

Liverpool Boat Tour

Liverpool Boat Tour operates half hour tours of the Dock System, aboard The Princess, a classic passenger boat that we have lovingly refurbished over the past two years.

The Princess offers comfortable, seated accommodation for just over 60 passengers. Table service allows you to enjoy a drink and snacks from our well stocked bar as you listen to our informative commentary and nautical music as you cruise through the dock system.  The half hour tour also allows you to see the many large yachts and sea going vessels in Liverpool Marina.  You can book your cruise on line or simply turn up and pay on board. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Our half Hour Tours are available 7 days a week from 11.00 am (subject to weather conditions)

Private Parties Our Liverpool Party Boats can cater for intimate parties of eight right up to big bashes for two-hundred people! The Boats are available to for private charter at any time of the day and 365 days a year! Most of our Private Charters include Bottles of Bubbly for the group, a 1200W JBL PA System on board with a DJ, WC's, showers and a large plasma TV. Party Boats can be used for Parties, Product Launches, Film Premiers, and so much more! As experienced Event Organisers; Simply Good Times have the knowledge, experience, and contacts to provide truly memorable private parties aboard our Liverpool Party Boats!

Shared Party Cruises Our Liverpool Shared Party Cruises take place in the evening for around 3hrs. The boats have an on-board sound system and dance floor with flat screens that can be used for slide shows or karaoke. Your Party Boat will include a Glass of Wine on arrival, BBQ supper and Live Professional Disco as well as the occasional music themed evening from the likes of Brittany Spears, Madonna and ABBA. Liverpool FC owner John W Henry's £63 million superyacht docks in Jersey as part of European tour

See the £63 million superyacht docked at Jersey's Albert Pier

A £63 million luxury superyacht owned by American billionaire businessman John W Henry has docked in Jersey .

The 66-metre Elysian vessel, previously named Ester III, sails under the Cayman Islands flag and is the largest private vessel ever to have berthed in the island.

The Lürssen superyacht has an outdoor swimming pool, helicopter pad and glass lift with room for up to 12 guests and 17 crew.

It has a top speed of 16.5 knots and set sail from Florida around a month ago on a European tour, leaving Douarnenez Bay in France on Thursday afternoon before arriving at Albert Pier in St Helier at around 7am on Friday (24 May).

A crew member told ITV News that the Elysian is stopping overnight in Jersey to refuel before continuing its journey to Germany.

Guests from the UK are believed to be on board, although Mr Henry is not.

The 74-year-old has a net worth of more than £4 billion according to Forbes and has built a sports empire, owning both Liverpool FC and the Boston Red Sox.

A yacht engineer told ITV News about the financial benefits that a vessel of this size visiting Jersey will have.

Ben Blutch said: "It's a Lürssen one so it's a good brand and it's parading money all around. Imagine the price for Elysian refuelling in Jersey."

Marie-Claire Sutton from the St Helier Yacht Club added: "It's actually quite amazing and seeing such a beautiful yacht from my office window is just incredible."

Delighted this is our first away match, the closer we get to winter, the harder this match would be on our players. The temperature tomorrow is expected to be ~13oC. In two weeks time it would be expected to be ~6oC. That drops to ~neg 2oC on 1st Nov (when we play Maribor home) and ~neg 6oC when we play our final two games.

I hate to take it in this direction but I have to. I genuinely believe there is sinister motive behind asking Klopp if he is "in love" with his players. Firstly, that will get translated into Russian and could create some raised eyebrows in a country with some questionable LGBT laws. But it also is intended to possibly provoke a reaction from Klopp to the term "in love". Just an innocuous questions to which he reacts to angrily    It's sad when you genuinely believe the media are trying to fabricate news and sabotaging press conferences with an agenda... but that feels like exactly what happened there. I encourage everyone to watch the video of it. It was a ready weird moment.

It was ridiculous. I spent the whole 12 minutes of it with that look. I'm always amazed how cool he keeps now, he used to walk out of press conferences in Germany every once in a while, could have done that today with good reason! it was very peculiar, the whole PC was. Added to the fact the translator obviously didn't have a clue about football and Kloppo was having to write players names down for her, lol. The question about being in love with players was just so Sky tabloidy, it's pathetic. I did laugh though that he said he too loves Harry Kane. But he treated the guy with utter disdain and was obviously unimpressed with what he was asked, and was pretty clear about it too.
