When it comes to luxury, Sanlorenzo has pulled out all the stops on the vessel. An illuminated glass swimming pool on the aft deck is an event unto itself, while a nearby lounge provides ample seating for guests and owners across a large settee and freestanding armchairs. Below, past the swim platform and large tender garage, is a luxurious beach club with a view of the pool above, its waves and light reflecting onto the lounge area below. Two fold-out terraces to port and starboard are the perfect place to relax in a deck chair with an espresso or something stronger.
Up on the main deck, the salon is a masterclass in contemporary design, with strong dark wood and leather contrasting with light walls, ceilings, and neutral upholstery. Large windows offer stunning views and relaxed natural light. This space is for casual, social interaction, with marble coffee tables and sofas, as well as a retractable television for nights in with a movie or two. Forward and separated by a low-profile, mirrored sideboard is a more formal dining area. Two airy hallways lead from the salon to the large starboard galley, which features two sinks, a kitchen island, four-zone cooktop, and a range of other high-spec appliances and ample storage.
The full-beam owner’s cabin can be found forward, accessed via a private office, with a centrally-located walkaround bed, a starboard chaise beneath a large window, and a long vanity to port. The en suite bathroom is also full-beam, with two sinks, a privately-accessed toilet, jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower.
Below deck, guests will enjoy their choice of four cabins, from two aft VIP suites with en suite bathrooms, to two dual twin guest cabins with their own en suites as well. Forward is an extensive crew quarters with a dinette and mini-galley, captain’s cabin with en suite, two bunk cabins with en suites, and an additional smaller bunk cabin with access to a day head. The crew quarters is access separately from the main guest accommodation, enabling crew and guests to go about their business without interference. All in all, the 52 Steel sleeps up to 12 guests and 9 crew.
The upper deck is a sight for sore eyes, with tons of relaxed seating on the aft deck and two extensive lounge areas inside the skylounge. The forward wheelhouse is a spacious, separate place for the captain to man the helm among state-of-the-art navigation equipment. A nearby cabin is perfect for crew or additional guests.
Up on the sundeck, you and your guests can enjoy a spectacular meal around the enormous 12-seater dining table. Afterwards, you can unwind on the forward lounge seating, or continue your conversation on a settee as you rest your cocktail on one of the low-profile coffee tables. During the day, four sunlounger on the aft deck provide the perfect spot for soaking up the sun.
The 52 Steel is powered by two CAT engines that reach maximum speeds of 16.5 knots, with a cruising speed of 13 knots. This vessel is perfect for long-range adventures, with a range of 4,000nm at an 11-knot economic speed.

Description
The Sanlorenzo 52 Steel superyacht is a 52-meter displacement steel-hulled vessel, the forerunner of which was the Sanlorenzo 46 yacht. It is designed to enter the ocean, and can conquer both northern and southern latitudes.
The new model of the yacht embodied several innovative solutions. Special cutaways on bulwarks and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interior of the yacht with natural light. The aft pool with a glass panel and a backlight is significantly increased in size compared to the previous model. One of the main features is the flooded tender garage, which can be turned into a beach club. The following scheme applies. Water is pumped into the tender bay, and when it is filled, a transom opens and the tender rises. Terraces open on the starboard and port side, and a teak platform descends from above. The beach club created in this way is illuminated by the rays penetrating the glass bottom of the pool.
The interior decor of the new model of the yacht is fresh and excludes excesses. The upper deck combines all the amenities: sun loungers at the stern, soft chairs around coffee tables, a dining table for 12 people and a glamorous bar trimmed with silver granite. The main lounge with lobby and bar includes two separate sitting areas: the official one, with marble coffee tables and a dining lounge. In the aft zone there is a gym with a wellness center, with a hammam, steam bath, shower. On the lower deck are four guest cabins with bathrooms.
A model of the yacht Sanlorenzo 52 Steel with a draft of 2.9 meters is capable of speeds up to 16.5 knots. The range of the vessel is similar to the range of the expeditionary yacht. With a fuel capacity of 55,000 liters, it can cover up to 4,400 miles.

At the time, approximately sixty units were produced of a yacht described as “a masterpiece destined to last”. Prophetic words indeed: the new Grand Soleil 52 Performance, starting from the Cantiere del Pardo concept, was designed by the proven duo Matteo Polli (naval architecture) and Nauta Design (exteriors, interiors and layout) and takes up the elegance of its progenitor as well as the same harmony of shapes which, then as now, translates into stability and performance.  Intended for competent, passionate and very demanding owners who do not want to compromise on comfort and performance, the Grand Soleil 52 Performance is part of the successful Grand Soleil Performance line and is available in two versions, “Performance” and “Race”, to satisfy the needs of the more sporty customers and the needs of people who prefer fast cruising to regatta courses. Built entirely in sandwich plate (with lightweight wood, marine plywood and PVC foam for compartmentalization bulkhead), the Grand Soleil 52 Performance has been studied down to the smallest detail to make the most of its space and offer living areas large for a yacht this size, without affecting the weight. The large dinette features the chart area in the bow, big storage compartments and an ergonomic and fully equipped C-shaped kitchen (with 3 fridge-freezers offering 172 litres of storage space), to ensure a pleasant stay on board even for long periods.  There are three cabins: the owner’s cabin is in the bow, with its own bathroom, while the VIP cabin in the stern (with double bed or two singles) can have direct access to the bathroom (with shower cubicle), as does the guest cabin on the left, which features a double bed. Owners can choose among different essences, such as oak, grey oak or teak; in all cases, chromatic elegance is ensured by the contrasting floorboards.  The deck plan and sail plan, as well as the hull, are designed differently in the two versions: the “Performance” version features an “easy sailing” deck plan with 4 winches at the stern, mainsheet with fixed point, a standard self-tacking jib and standard carbon bowsprit; the cockpit is not involved in any manoeuvres so that it can be safely used by guests. The “Race” version, however, features 6 winches, longitudinal rails for the jib, recessed mainsail traveller, larger sail plan and a carbon bowsprit that is 90 cm longer than the standard version. Both versions have a German-style mainsheet. The mast is positioned aft of the main bulkhead, to optimise the centre of effort.  Guests can safely use the cockpit, furnished with benches with an innovative and ergonomic design, because it is not involved in any manoeuvres. There is certainly no shortage of storage space: the large sail locker in the bow can hold sails of all sizes (including a Code 0), the anchor locker can accommodate the six fenders for daily use, while the 2.60-metre tender is housed in the completely watertight garage. As regards the hull, the “Performance” version has a standard keel with ductile iron blade and a T-shaped lead/antimony bulb (2.90 metre draught), while the “Race” version has a keel with a steel blade, hydrodynamic fiberglass fittings and an optimised antimony-lead bulb with a 2.70 metre draught. The draught can be reduced to 2.30 metres.  With cutting-edge electronic systems and facilities, the new Grand Soleil 52 Performance boasts a 24V electrical system, with thinner wiring and greater battery autonomy (with electronic battery switches). Furthermore, the yacht’s air conditioning can be adjusted through three control devices in the stern, dinette and bow, with a dedicated thermostat in each room. To guarantee long navigations in total autonomy, the Grand Soleil 52 Performance can count on 4 stainless steel water tanks (600 litres in all) positioned amidships under the waterline (which can be sectioned for better consumption management). There is another tank for diesel fuel (also made of stainless steel) which can hold 350 litres in all, which is an essential capacity for long transfers to be possible. (Alliance News) - Sanlorenzo Spa a annoncé jeudi avoir enregistré un bénéfice net de 43,6 millions d'euros au premier semestre, contre 39,0 millions d'euros au premier semestre 2023. Les revenus issus de la vente de yachts se sont élevés à 415,1 millions d'euros, contre 388,4 millions d'euros au premier semestre de l'année précédente. L'Ebitda s'est élevé à 74,2 millions d'euros, contre 67,7 millions d'euros au premier semestre 2023. L'EBIT s'est élevé à 58,0 millions d'EUR, contre 53,1 millions d'EUR au premier semestre 2023. La position financière nette s'est élevée à 102,2 millions d'euros, contre une trésorerie nette de 140,5 millions d'euros au 31 décembre. Au 30 juin, le carnet de commandes brut s'élevait à 1,36 milliard d'euros, contre 1,42 milliard d'euros au 30 juin 2023. Les prises de commandes pour le premier semestre se sont élevées à 323 millions d'euros, un chiffre stable par rapport à l'année précédente. A la lumière du 'robuste carnet de commandes', la société a confirmé ses prévisions pour l'année en cours. Sanlorenzo est en baisse de 5,2% à 34,55 euros par action.
