Whether on-screen or using a VR headset for the fully immersive experience, these tours enable you to navigate your way through every guest space on every deck, inside and out. While you are free to tour the yacht on your own, we strongly recommend a broker-led tour. The broker knows the yacht inside and out as they have been on board and have access to our global yacht database. The broker knows the provenance and maintenance history, they know the captains and their operational knowledge of the yacht, the time and cost involved in refitting, upgrading or refurbishing the yacht - a huge number of insights relating to potential ownership. Beneteau 60

KIAM is a beautiful and well-equipped Beneteau Oceanis 60. She is the flagship of the Oceanis line from Beneteau. Fitted with many popular options and upgrades, KIAM is well-positioned and ready for her next owner to cruise.

Some of her many options include the shoal draft keel, full canvas, full teak decks, brand new aluminum RIB dinghy and outboard, two life rafts, separate crew quarters accessible from the deck, a full suite of top-of-the-line B&G electronics, bow thruster, electric winches, and composite helm wheels. All lines are led back to the helms for easy control of all systems by one person. This leaves the enormous cockpit clean and open for the entertainment of guests. ETERNAL SPARK is a yacht that sets new standards for the charter industry. This was true from the moment she was conceived in the minds of her designers from Hot Lab and Unique Yacht Design .

This was also true when industry professionals and leaders, but also designers, crew and even charter guests gave their input to create a yacht that is built to the specification of the global charter audience, and not tailored to the preferences of a single owner.

And, the fact that ETERNAL SPARK yacht sets new standards is also true now, when she is the first yacht in the world to receive a complete real-time 3D virtual tour of her decks, based solely on her texturized 3D models, which are also used to create renders.

ETERNAL SPARK Yacht Virtual Tour

An initial reaction, when an observer experiences the virtual tour of a project nearly 4 years in the making is very exciting; to actually have a spatial presumption of something only seen in 2D pictures is astonishing.

Of course, with regular visits to the shipyard, and plenty of chances to experience a complete walkthrough of ETERNAL SPARK yacht, it is not the first time interested parties were able to tour this yacht, but all of this was done in her unfinished stages.

The virtual tour of ETERNAL SPARK yacht is powered by the Unreal 5 engine, a game engine primarily used for video games, but which can also fit other purposes. This engine is so “heavy” that it takes a solid machine to operate it at peak efficiency. To combat this, Virtuelle has set up the engine to run on a cloud, using pixel streaming technology.

This is a relatively new tech that allows complex applications to run directly in a web browser, without the need for downloads or special programs. The application – in this case the virtual tour – is processed on the cloud and the output is streamed as a video signal to the user device.

During the tour, potential clients and other interested parties can interact with ETERNAL SPARK yacht, by moving around on her decks using a map.

Once in a specific location, they can move around freely, using the mouse, arrow keys, or the famed „WASD“ arrow directions on the keyboard; note that this software also works on mobile devices with touch controls.

For those out there who identify as gamers, it would be interesting to know that members of the Virtuelle team were behind the famed Goat Simulator video game, a popular title with millions of downloads that still captures the imagination of forum posters throughout the wide world of web.

One of the most important things for any successful business deal (whether it includes off-plan real estate or yachts) is how a certain space interacts with light, be it natural or artificial.

The team at Virtuelle took this into account, drawing inspiration from their rich real estate and yachting experience. Knowing that a client needs to be able to visualize themselves in a space directed towards a sunset, or a specific panorama. Such a feature greatly improves the turnover rate of any unit on sale, but the main impact here is on emotions.

This is where the time/weather wheel of the 3D tour comes into play. Using this feature, guests and clients can experience different times of day in different areas, enabling them to see how a dawning sun casts a shadow in the main deck master suite, or how the sundeck interacts with the setting sun on the horizon.

Since light is one of the most important factors for the free flow of energy and air in an interior, light is also instrumental in establishing a connection with a certain property.

And this is not all – interactions and effects, including the weather, can be programmed down to the most minute details, so each project can come alive completely before it is even built.

Unlike other yacht tours you can find online, the tour of ETERNAL SPARK yacht is fully interactive, meaning you can move around using the arrow keys, without predetermined point-and-click directions (which is an obsolete way of doing 3D tours), so you can enjoy every angle of the space, without being confined by the programming.

When I say most of the tours are „point-and-click“, this means that you are actually scrolling through a photo gallery with a 3D option , and not interacting and moving through spaces.

These are called 360 walkthroughs, where you can move your head but not your body, moving from a fixed point (called the hotspot) to a fixed point, all of which are predetermined.

The observer does not have freedom of free movement, no life, and no interaction.

Thanks to Virtuelle, the point-and-click mechanics are becoming a thing of the past, because they are creating a completely new way of experiencing and presenting the yachts. This sets new standards for the yachting industry and the charter market.

Thus, ETERNAL SPARK, as the first yacht in the industry do have this kind of 3D tour option, sets a precedent that will definitely be followed by similar projects in the future.

Virtuelle.io – A glimpse into the future

Virtuelle is a young company but with old roots; Virtuelle is all about elevating the customer journey with the help of immersive and interactive digital properties.

The LEAP summit in Riyadh

From the 4th to the 7th of March of 2024, the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center became home to a global community of tech-savvy businessmen, CEOs, prominent tech figures and successful entrepreneurs. In this hub of new technologies, Virtuelle presented its real-time 3D virtual tour concept, which was received with enthusiastic approval.

Talking about Empowering Decisions With Immersive Technologies. Virtuelle focused on their recent collaboration with Hot Lab Studios, a yacht design firm, in creating the first-ever real-time 3D virtual tour of a yacht.

The example of ETERNAL SPARK clearly illustrated the potential of how virtual reality can help create new experiences in the consumer protocol, therefore underlining that something was missing in the first place. The message was clear: „Once you can visualize a space, you can visualize yourself inside it, and that is more than half of the transaction process“.

Virtuelle, ETERNAL SPARK And Making Decisions Through Immersion

Since ETERNAL SPARK yacht is just weeks away from her launch, the team behind her marketing was happy to share their thoughts and impressions about the potential of this technology.

One of the members of the manager team for ETERNAL SPARK yacht had this to say, regarding the collaboration between Virtuelle and ETERNAL SPARK:

„The collaboration between Virtuelle and ETERNAL SPARK yacht is very exciting from a marketing and sales perspective because this is the first time that we can bring a client to a yacht without them having to move from the comfort of their own living room. It is also very important for us to be able to show the boat in its best light, practically while it is still under construction.”

The project manager for ETERNAL SPARK pointed out how Virtuelle`s 3D tour adds potential and value to all possible clients and yacht enthusiasts and builders:

„ When a yacht is under construction, it is nearly impossible to visualize how the yacht will look once she is finished. Besides, it is very hard to bring interested parties onboard, because the yacht is one big construction site; there are groups of workers moving around, there are tools, noises, and everything is very hectic.“

He continued saying that up until now, yacht brokers and other professionals relied on 2D renders or photographs of vessels, which are static images that do not relay the experience of the yacht herself.

Now with Virtuelle, brokers and shipyards have the possibility of transferring the experience of being on a yacht. This means the client can continuously experience the yacht in full immersion, discovering depth, opening doors, changing the lighting etc.

„I would like to point out that we are the first in the industry who made something like this. Our competition does offer virtual tours comprised of 3D-treated photographs, but these behave like an advanced photo album, not allowing the same freedom of movement or a videogame-like experience. Photographs do not offer the same immersion, nor can they invoke the same intensity of emotions our 3D tour can”.
