Consequently, construction times for Full-Custom projects are typically longer, whereas our Semi- Custom lines offer shorter turnaround times by utilising a base design adaptable to various equipment configurations. We offer both open (chase boats) and enclosed boats, allowing for different layouts and lengths despite sharing the same foundation. In the Semi-Custom realm, we now cover a range from 6.5 to 12 metres. Our in-house design team oversees the entire construction process, from initial drawings to fabrication, maintaining continuous communication with clients.

Across our semi-custom and full custom offerings, our products set a high standard for quality and provide an exclusive waterborne experience akin to a private jet for maritime adventures.

MEYER Group plans world's largest and greenest mega yachts

MEYER Group continues to work on realizing innovative ship concepts in new market segments: At the Monaco Yacht Show, the family-owned company will now show for the first time a concept for a mega yacht under the MEYER Yachts brand powered entirely by fuel cells and batteries, named ONE 50.

The MEYER Group is thus further diversifying its product portfolio. "Since 1795, we have built more than 700 ships in Papenburg alone. So our references can be seen on all the world's oceans. Now we are opening the next chapter in our history and entering the market for mega yachts. We have already received very positive feedback because we can realize almost limitless ideas and ship sizes - even the seemingly craziest ones. We are currently seeing that the demand for mega yachts is increasing and there is room for another shipyard in this segment," says Bernard Meyer.

Large and complex ships are part of the MEYER Group's core competence. In the shipbuilding halls, which can be up to 504 meters long, ships with a length of almost 350 meters have been built almost exclusively for years. "Mega yachts are a new market segment that we can serve at all our three shipyards. At MEYER, it is always our ambition to position ourselves at the top - in environmental protection as well as now in yacht size. That's why the ONE 50 is just the beginning of our ideas and plans," says Thomas Weigend.

150-meter yacht concept with fuel cells and battery system

As the first model from MEYER Yachts, ONE 50 immediately shows what the new brand stands for - pioneering spirit, exceptional excellence and no limits. At 150 metres long and 20 metres wide, ONE 50 has an enormous volume of 15,000 gross tons. On six decks, the yacht for a maximum of 44 guests offers a spa on two levels, a cinema with an adjoining billiard salon, an entertainment area including a stage, an art gallery and a huge infinity pool at the stern. Fuel cells and battery banks are installed in the engine room to make ONE 50 as sustainable as possible. Electrically powered by 25 000 kilowatts, ONE 50 will reach a maximum speed of 23 knots.

Building mega yachts may become next MEYER success story

"We see a lot of potential in mega yachts for new environmentally friendly technologies, which we also use directly in the ONE 50, for example the fuel cell for emission-free ship operation. We attach very great importance to this. In addition to the many competencies and skills we already have, we will also bring additional specialists from the yacht building industry into our team and strengthen the MEYER Group," says Malte Poelmann.

Mega yachts have the potential to become the next MEYER success story and thus also secure employment at all locations. "We are experts in building special ships, we have proven that many times. Now we are working on making mega yachts even bigger and, above all, greener," says Bernard Meyer.

Hannes Meyer:   After many years of working within the capitalist system I am convinced that working under such conditions is quite senseless.  In view of our Marxist and revolutionary conception of the world we, revolutionary architects, are at the mercy of the insoluble contradictions of a world built on animal individualism and the exploitation of man by man.  I have said, and I say again, to all architects, all engineers, all builders:

Our way is and must be that of the revolutionary proletariat, that of the communist party, the way of those who are building and achieving socialism.

I am leaving for the USSR to work among people who are forging a true revolutionary culture, who are achieving socialism, and who are living in that form of society for which we have been fighting here under the conditions of capitalism.

There are some intriguing links between Hannes Meyer and Mart Stam. Mart Stam went to Russia as well as part of the May Brigade, where he met Lotte Beese. Lotte Beese had an affair with Hannes Meyer at the Bauhaus before she hooked up with Stam. She left the Bauhaus as a result of becoming pregnant with a son, Peter. Stam and Lotte Beese married in 1934, she became an influential modernist and urban planner in her own right in the Netherlands. Hannes Meyer did a special issue of ABC – Beiträge zum Bauen in the twenties, the Swiss avant-garde journal of which Hans Schmidt and Mart Stam were the driving forces. Apparently Stam was asked to lead the Bauhaus after Gropius, (I will double-check), but he felt he was too young.

(a) At least 60 Learning Designs will have to be prepared, approved by the subject teacher and to be delivered in the classroom situation.

(b) Each and every Learning Design must be signed by the subject  teacher/any other teacher educator after execution of the lesson.

(c) Principal/Officer-in-Charge/Teacher-in-Charge will have to observe the teaching of each and every students.

(d) Internal evaluation will be done for 150 marks (Principal/Officer-in Charge/Teacher-in-Charge/Head of the Department-50, Subject Teacher-50 and Mentor Teacher Educator-50).

(e) External Evaluation will be done by one University appointed External Examiner on 150 marks through observation of class teaching.

(f) Only External examiner will remain inside the classroom for evaluation of execution of lesson.

(g) 20-25 lessons are to be evaluated per day by the External Examiner

4th semester

Any one of the following : –

● Visit schools and study the sexual abuse and sexual harassment cases. Download

● To undertake study of sex ratio and analysis of a local community (at least 10 families) Download
