3 day 2 night charter, for up to 11 people, on board one of the luxury motor yachts ‘Lady Tatiana of London’ or 'Lady Alhena of London'.

(May 2025  to October 2025 to be taken with 12 months of the event).

Lady Tatiana and Lady Alhena are luxury motor yachts managed by White Star Charter and are based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Both yachts provide 5 permanent guest cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms that accommodate up to 11 guests sleeping on board. The yachts are charter yachts with 4 professional crew. The super yachts are ideal for Luxury  motor yacht vacations, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, team  building etc.

The 3 day charters are during the period from November 1st 2024 to March 31st 2025. The 3 day charter will start at 11.00am on the Tuesday and finish at 6.00pm on the Thursday or start at 11.00am on the Friday and finish at 6.00pm on the Sunday. 

The charter price includes chartering one of the yachts (it will be left at the company's discretion which one of them will be chartered) for the period, plus the 4 person crew - comprising of the captain, the chef, the stewardess and the First Mate/deck hand – and moorings in the home port of Palma. Fuel for the charter (estimated at around £350 per day cruising from the marina to a single point in the bay of Palma and back to the marina), food, drinks, laundry, utility charges, moorings outside the home port of Palma are NOT included. MALLORCA SUPER YACHTS - 6 DAY PEAK

Terms & conditions.

I) The prices for each lot include chartering of Lady Tatiana or Alhena for the period specified, plus the 4 crew - comprising of the captain, the chef, the Stewardess and the first mate/deck hand – and moorings in the home port of Palma. Everything else is on top. This would include, but not be limited to, food, drinks, fuel for the yacht, laundry, utility charges, and moorings outside the home port of Palma.

II) Fuel used during the charter will be charged at 220 Litres per hour at a cruising speed of approximately 1200 RPM on the engines. Day trips in the bay will be charged at around £350 per day cruising from the marina to a single point in the bay of Palma and back to the marina.

III) Our yachts are luxurious yachts licensed for up to 11 guests sleeping on board in 5 dedicated en-suite guest cabins, plus 4 crew. The maximum number of guests permitted to cruise or sleep on the yachts is 11.

IV) An Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) would need to be calculated and paid to White Star Charter three months before the charter. The APA is the estimated sum of all the costs for the charter such as food, drinks and fuel etc. This estimate is calculated by the charterer completing a provisioning list, which is a list asking a number of questions, such as what the client would like to eat or drink. The Captain will also speak to the client to ascertain what cruising they would like to do, and estimate the cost of fuel as appropriate. The APA sum would be on board the yacht prior to the guest arriving and would be used by the captain for the costs of the charter. At the end of the charter the Captain would provide a breakdown for all the costs and return any unused funds to the Client.

V) A standard security deposit of £3,500 will be required. The client would need to give the captain, upon arrival onboard the yacht, the security deposit funds of £3,500 in cash or deposit this sum into our bank account at least a month before the charter. These funds will be returned to the client at the end of the charter provided they are not required for, for example, damage to the yacht, etc.

VI) White Star Charter standard terms and conditions will apply and are available upon request. Where there is a discrepancy between these conditions and the conditions in this brochure, the items logged in the brochure will take priority.

VII) The clients will need to provide all the names, addresses and passport details of the guests would need to be provided on the preference sheets. The guests will need to have their passports during the charter in case the Guardia (Spanish Maritime police) wish to see them.

Additional Costs

Food and soft drinks is typically £90-00 per person per day so for a 3 day 2 night package for 10 guests this would be £2,700-00

Laundry and Sundries is £75-00 per cabin for a 3 day period. So for a 3 day 2 night package for 10 guests using the 5 guest cabins this would be this would be £350-00

Alcohol can be brought on board by the guests , There is no corkage or if the provisioning company buys it they charge the supermarket price ( as per the invoice) plus 25% to purchase and deliver to the yacht.

Fuel is charged at £450-00 per hour at about 1,000 RPM on the engines.

Moorings in other ports varies between port to port and time of year and in Mallorca varies between £500 per night to £1,000 per night ( including tip for the port)

Both yachts have 5 en suite guest cabins. Lady Tatiana's party deck has full panoramic views either enclosed or fully open with 6 huge skylights exposing the deck to over 90% of the sky and surrounding views. She now has a covered entertainment area of the aft deck, saloon and party deck totalling over 80 square meters. Furthermore when coupled with Lady Alhena (her sister ship), there is accommodation for up to 20 guests sleeping on board in the 10 en suite guest cabins. The party deck as well as being huge, luxurious and comfortable, is very unique in that it has been bespoke designed by an ex-DJ and a sound engineer. The phenomenal surround sound system is driven by over 20,000 Watts of power. There is a spectacular light show on and off the party deck with lasers, mirror balls, led rope lights, spotlights, smoke machine... MALLORCA SUPER YACHT CHARTERING

Introducing lady tatiana of london and lady alhena of london, charter rates are the same for both yachts.

The charter rates for the yachts as detailed below are only indicative rates and should you wish to consider chartering the either yachts please first call ourselves to check availability of the yacht and also the prevailing rates at the time and any discounts that are available (Discounts can be quite substantial especially for early bookings and out of season charters).

The rates supplied are for the yacht, the crew and mooring in the home port of Palma. Everything else is charged on top. A provisioning allowance will be required as cleared funds at least a month before the proposed charter and the value of the allowance will clearly vary depending on the guest requirements and anticipated cruise. A typical provisioning allowance budget would be in the order of 30% of the charter rate but this could vary substantially for reasons detailed above. We would ask that before you consider the overall cost of your charter you contact ourselves to obtain the actual charter rate and any discounts that may apply together with a more accurate provisioning allowance and therefore a complete charter cost.

The rates provided below do not include the 21% tax imposed by the Spanish Government known as IVA.

October 2023 to may 2024, june 2024 and september 2024, july and august 2024.

 Holidays periods such as Easter, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years Day etc do not always follow the rates detailed above. If you are considering chartering the yacht during this period please seek clarification.

The 90+ foot yachts, Both yachts are based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, with all the charter licenses for cruising in the Balearic Islands i.e. Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca as well as the rest of the Mediterranean including Barcelona, Denia, Valencia, other Spanish destinations, the south of France including The French Riviera, Cote d'Azur, Cannes, and Monaco. Both Luxuries crewed (4 crew comprising of the captain, the chef, the Stewardess and the first mate/deckhand) yachts sleep 8 to 10 guests in a maximum of 5 en-suite cabins. 

Lady Alhena: Lady Alhena of London features a considerable interior volume and transmits a sensation of unconfined amplitude often experienced on larger yachts. Her space and comfort represent the true opportunities available to whoever charters her. Lady Alhena of London's accommodation on the lower deck consists of 5 staterooms en suite, accommodating 8-10 guests, with a large full-beam owner’s suite, (2) full guest cabins mid-ship, and (2) twin guest cabins forward each with one Pullman bed, all greatly enhanced with a light, airy ambiance. Her interior design in noble woods and light-colored leathers and fabrics create a serene elegant environment, avoiding all ostentation. The ample spaces and convenient distribution make Lady Alhena of London a unique option for chartering all year round. Other main features of Lady Alhena of London are her generous sunbathing areas, guest seating, sizable galley and a dining area which easily accommodates up to 10 guests. She boasts a spacious upper deck with large guest seating and the jacuzzi and storage for her already over-supply of tender and toys. Water toys: Aboard Lady Alhena there is a Nova-marine 4.6m rib with a Yamaha 60HP outboard. You can, with either the Yamaha rib and outboard water ski enjoy surfing with the ringo and sofa. Lady Tatiana: Lady Tatiana's interior layout sleeps 8-10 guests in 5 rooms. The 5 en-suite cabins comprise the owner’s cabin which has a king-size bed, the VIP cabin which has a queen-size bed, the aft guest cabin features a full-size bed, the port (midships) cabin has two single beds and one Pullman bed and the starboard (midships) twin cabin has two single beds and one Pullman bed. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings throughout create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. • EXCLUDED ITEMS:  Fuel for the yacht as described in sample itineraries 1-4 (approximately $550 USD per hour (at approximately 1,000 RPM on the engines) at time of publication and subject to change based on fuel expenses and exchange rates), food, drinks, laundry, utility charges, moorings outside the homeport of Palma are extras. Menus are available starting at $95 per person per day and will be prepared by the onboard chef. Gratuities (completely at the discretion of the guests, but typically the prevailing norms are 10-15% of the retail value of the trip).
• CANCELLATION FEES:  Once the winning bidder selects a charter date the following cancellation or rebooking fees will apply in order to select a new charter date. If the cancellation/change of charter date takes place within the following dates the appropriate fees will apply. • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.

A. Entering Bids

B. Cancellation Rights

As soon you place and confirm your bid amount, your bid is submitted. You accept and agree that bids submitted by you are final. Charitybuzz is not responsible or liable for any problems, delays, or other issues resulting from the use of the Internet, including but not limited to transmission, execution, or processing of Bids.

Charitybuzz nor the Seller is responsible for any errors in bidding. A bidder should make certain to bid on the correct lot. The Bidder should make sure the bid price they enter (including any taxes or fees) is the price they are willing and able to pay. Once the hammer has fallen and Charitybuzz has announced the winning Bidder, that Bidder is unconditionally bound to pay for that lot, even if the Bidder has made an error.

A bid(s) entered by mistake on the part of a bidder is NOT grounds for cancellation of that bid. Each bidder is responsible for his or her own account and bids. In addition, allowing access to another who enters a bid without your knowledge is NOT grounds for cancellation of a bid.

C. Fraudulent Bidding

All Bidders must meet Charitybuzz’s qualifications to bid. Any Bidder who is not a client in good standing of Charitybuzz may be disqualified at Charitybuzz’s sole discretion and will not be awarded lots. Such determination may be made by Charitybuzz in its sole discretion, at any time prior to, during, or even after the close of the Auction. Charitybuzz reserves the right to exclude any person from the auction.

Bids will not be accepted from minor persons under eighteen (18) years of age without a parent’s written consent containing an acknowledgement of the conditions herein and indicating their agreement to be bound thereby on behalf of the bidder.

If an entity places a bid, then the person executing the bid on behalf of the entity agrees to personally guarantee payment for any successful bid.

Any bidder that represents a purchaser is personally and individually responsible for any obligations of the purchaser set forth in these terms and conditions. All purchasers purchasing pursuant to a valid resale license will need to provide appropriate documentation for removal of state sales tax.

D. Winning & Disputes

The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by Charitybuzz. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on Charitybuzz’s part as to the validity of any bid, Charitybuzz will have final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in question. If any dispute arises after the sale, Charitybuzz’s sale record is conclusive. Title to any lot remains with the Seller, any secured party of the Seller, or assignee of Seller, as the case may be, until the lot is paid for in full by the Bidder. Charitybuzz reserves the right to require payment in full before delivering any lot to the successful bidder.

A maximum bid is a secret amount you enter, that represents the maximum amount you are willing to bid. It is higher than the current price and also higher than the next allowable minimum bid amount. If you enter a maximum bid, we’ll bid on your behalf up to that maximum bid amount in response to other bids, according to Charitybuzz’s bidding tiers.

The value and status of your maximum bid will be visible only to you, unless it is the leading bid.

Charitybuzz strongly encourages the use of Max Bids to increase your chances of winning.

When an auction reaches the final 10 minutes before it closes, any bids received in that final 10 minutes push out the previous close time by an additional 10 minutes. This recurring 10 minute extension is known as “Extended Bidding,” and is signified by a banner above the auction timer on the lot page.

This dynamically extending period is designed to protect against a practice commonly known as “sniping” or “last second bidding” where bidders attempt to enter a quick bid in the final seconds of an auction to secure a win before competing bidders have a chance to counter.

Live bids lots are a special type of auction lot on Charitybuzz. Live bid lots on Charitybuzz are paired with a real world, physical auction, where that real world auction is often scheduled to occur at a later date. You can distinguish Live Bid lots by the “Live Bid” label in the title of the lot, and additional description text at the start of the lots “Overview” tab.

In a Live Bid lot on Charitybuzz, a lot is created that is similar to any other auction lot on the site. These special lots last for similar amounts of time and bidding occurs normally by our users.

Things start to differ after a Charitybuzz Live Bid lot closes. After it closes and the winning bidder is chosen, that winning bidder’s bid amount or (if it exists) the max bid amount associated with that winning bid, are taken and entered into the associated real world auction. For example, if a bidder on Charitybuzz wins at $12,000 with an unrealized max bid of $15,000, then that $15,000 dollar amount is passed on into the real world auction.

Before the winning bidders bid or max bid amount is passed on, someone from Charitybuzz contacts that winner after the Charitybuzz lot closes and before the real world auction opens. This is to confirm if the bidder would like to increase their bid or max bid amount before it’s entered into the real world auction.

What happens during the real world auction? Each individual one may vary. Charitybuzz does not own or operate any real world auctions, nor does Charitybuzz require any partners to follow a specific auction model. We make no claims to the consistency of real world auction experiences and encourage bidders to contact us for more details as needed.

In our experience, real world auctions tied to Charitybuzz Live Bid lots are typically executed by our partners in a few common ways.

In one scenario, if an auction house and an auctioneer is present, winning live bids from Charitybuzz Live Bid lots are treated as “absentee” bids. This normally means that the Charitybuzz winning bid is placed in the auctioneers books as a bid. As the auctioneer conducts the auction, they will bring up and enter the Charitybuzz winning bid during the course of the auction as the current price or next minimum bid value approaches the Charitybuzz winner’s bid amount. In this scenario, other people in the real world room are expected to bid against the auctioneer, not the Charitybuzz winning bidder. If no one is bidding in the room, the auctioneer will typically keep bidding up the price until the Charitybuzz Live Bid winner wins the real world auction.

In other models, an audience member (including, but not limited to a charity partner employee) might act as a proxy for the winning Charitybuzz bidder. They will usually bid on behalf of the winning Charitybuzz Live Bid winner during the normal course of that auction, using whatever means provided for that auction house (i.e. paddles, etc.)

After the auction is completed, someone from Charitybuzz contacts our bidder to let them know the outcome. If that Charitybuzz Live Bid bidder has won, payment occurs as usual. If that Charitybuzz Live Bid bidder did not win, they will be notified accordingly.

A reserve bid is a bid placed by Charitybuzz on behalf of the seller up to the minimum reserve (if applicable). Bids placed by Charitybuzz on behalf of the seller up to the amount of the reserve, will be counted toward the total bid count displayed on the lot page’s bid box.

Refunds are rewarded on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Charitybuzz, LLC. Refunds shall only be considered in instances where (i) the seller has failed to deliver the elements contemplated under the lot details/description within the timelines outlined in the lot details OR within 30 days of purchase, whichever is later, and (ii) where the seller/redemption contact are not showing good faith efforts to support the redemption or delivery of the purchase. No refunds shall be granted due to (i) buyer's remorse, or (ii) the bidder/buyer's lack of familiarity with Charitybuzz fees, including Buyer's Premium, or (iii) any request for reimbursement based on perceived value or emotional satisfaction where the lot was delivered by the seller in accordance with the lot details, or (iv) the bidder/buyer’s failure to diligently attempt to schedule an Experience in good faith, or (v) loss or delay of item delivery resulting from bidder/buyer’s failure to provide timely/accurate shipping information.

Experiences auctioned on Charitybuzz.com go through a specific redemption process to coordinate details and complete. That process normally involves messaging and scheduling between all parties (i.e. winners, charities, sellers, venues). Details discussed include but are not limited to experience dates, arrival procedures, airfare, hotel accommodations, restrictions, will-call requirements, and any other on-site notes. Scheduling requires an initial request sent by the customer, and a followup confirmation submitted by relevant redemption contacts.

By using Charitybuzz to bid and win lots, bidders agree to use the Redemption Center exclusively (where enabled) to message and schedule all experiences – doing so is a requirement of redeeming experiences through Charitybuzz. In addition, bidders agree that they are bound by all site terms of use and auction conditions of sale.

Getting your item - Items will either be shipped directly from Charitybuzz or from the item seller (Third Party) as indicated. Items shipping from Charitybuzz will be sent within five business days of payment settlement by the winning bidder. All third party items will be shipped within the times indicated on the lot page. Winning bidders should ensure the desired shipping address is provided to Charitybuzz within 24 hours after payment settlement. Will Call Pickups - In some cases, tickets will be left at the venue’s “Will Call” window under the winner’s name. Winning bidders may be required to submit the names of attendees up to several weeks ahead of the event. A valid photo ID for each person listed at Will Call is often required. When available, Charitybuzz will attempt to provide an onsite point of contact, but makes no guarantee that this information will be available for any given lot. Will Call tickets are typically available at the Will Call window at least an hour before the event, unless otherwise specified. The Will Call window is usually located near the venue's main entrance.

After winning - Detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder. Redemption contact information will be emailed to the winning bidder within two business days of payment settlement by the winning bidder. The redemption contact will work with the winning bidder to fulfill the lot within the appearance times, time constraints, event dates or locations, and other particulars listed in the lot details.
