Yacht rental in singapore – ximula, just arrived in singapore on 6 sep 2013, ximula is a beautiful 40ft lagoon 400 s2 sailing catamaran, which provides an ideal setting for a weekend escapade or relaxing get-together with your loved ones. with a spacious interior and wide sun deck, ximula can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests (and 1 captain and 1 crew member)..

Air-conditioned saloon (living area) that can seat comfortably up to 9 guests. With direct access to the outdoor cockpit, the galley (kitchen area) offers a connecting point between the guests indoor and the ones outdoor. The large vertical hull windows allow natural light to illuminate the entire interior and offer a 360 visibility from the saloon.

A great area for guests to gather over food, drinks or games, the cockpit can seat comfortably up to 12 guests.

The spacious front deck features our favorite spot – the ‘trampoline’ that is able to withstand up to 400 kg. Guests can feel free to sit or lie on the trampoline and savor the cool, refreshing breeze while sailing.

On the upper deck, the roof extends from over the cockpit to the front deck, creating a huge lounging space for guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of Singapore’s skyline or southern islands as we sail out.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling policy: Any rescheduling of the yacht charter is subject to our rescheduling policy. The charterer may reschedule the charter subject to availability and terms and conditions.

• Rescheduling made more than 1 month prior to the charter date is provided free of charge.
• Rescheduling made less than 1 month prior to the yacht charter date, an additional 50% of charter fees will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
• Any reschedules made within office hours count towards the effective rescheduling period stated above. Rescheduling made after office hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
• Should Charterer reschedule a weekend charter slot to a weekday charter slot (from a higher-value charter to a lower-value charter), no refunds (whether cash or credit) on the difference of the charter fees will be provided.
• Should Charterer reschedule a weekday charter slot to a weekend charter slot( From a lower value charter to a higher value charter), a top up (whether cash or credit) on the difference of the prevailing charter fees will be required.
• Rescheduled bookings must be placed within 1 month from the original booking date. Otherwise, the booking will be taken as a new request.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy: In any event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies

• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the yacht charter date are subject to 100% of the charter fee, with no refund or rescheduling allowed.
• For cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the yacht charter date, full payment of the charter fee will be charged, with a refund of up to 50% allowed at TYC’s sole discretion.
• For cancellations made more than 1 month in advance, TYC may, at our discretion, allow a refund of up to 100% of the full charter fee.
• All refunds may be made in the form of a cash refund or credit refund.
• Cancellations made within office hours count towards the effective cancellation period stated above. Cancellations made after office hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
• Any refund, if applicable, shall only apply to the charter fee component. Charges for food catering or other services will not be refunded should the charter be cancelled for any reason.
• TYC will always negotiate with our vendors in the best interests of our clients. Refund decisions by vendors may be transferred where possible. Flexibility may be exercised where possible, with special considerations made by TYC at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Other Terms & Conditions

• This yacht does not refund if there is a shortfall of guests after payment. You might want to book your charter for the confirmed number of guests and add on within the maximum capacity nearer to the charter date.
• Only fully vaccinated passengers are allowed onboard the SZH-licensed pleasure craft. Unvaccinated passengers (other than recovered individuals, medically ineligible individuals, or children aged 12 years and below) are not allowed to board the craft.
• All rates listed are for basic charters only (4-5 hours depending on the yacht). For the standard itinerary,  please click here .
• BBQ pit and cooking services DO NOT  include food.
• Ice (otherwise stated), disposable cutlery, and cups are not provided.
• Do note for wet weather, the Captain will still sail out if it does not pose any safety issues. If it is not possible to sail out, the Captain will try to  delay the sail-out timing. If it is not possible to sail, the charter will be  rescheduled  to a later date (subject to availability).  No cancellations  are allowed. The Captain will decide what is the next course of action.  Customers are still required to proceed to the marina and wait for the captain’s final decision.
• Disembarkation at Lazarus Island Pontoon is no longer permitted by MPA unless the yacht has a tender boat.
• Balloons are prohibited due to marine life preservation.
• Red wine is strictly prohibited on all yachts except for Anka, MS Eternity and EagleWings 1, 2 and 3.
• If no social gatherings are allowed due to any pandemic, we would reschedule the charter up to a mutually agreeable date and time. No cancellations will be permitted. Strictly  NO refunds and postponements, should there be any reduction in headcount for social gatherings by the MMTF, charterers will need to reduce their own headcount and consume the charter. Notwithstanding the above, there are no refunds or reschedules for bookings even if guests are tested positive for COVID-19 unless agreed by the yacht owners.

Ximula Sail is an elegant and spacious Lagoon 400S2 sailing catamaran.

Famous for its elegant and sensible design, the Lagoon 400S2 sailing catamaran delivers extra comfort and space and is a knot higher than most other similar-sized catamarans.

With a spacious interior and a wide sun deck, Ximula Sail can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, providing a perfect setting for a relaxing chill out with family and friends.

The large vertical hull windows allow natural light to illuminate and offer a 360 view from the indoor saloon.

Outside, the open front deck features our favourite spot – guests can sit or lie on the “trampoline” and feel the cool, refreshing sea breeze while sailing. Alternatively, guests can lazed on the upper deck and enjoy the breathtaking views of Singapore City Skyline and surrounding islands.

• Navigate between commercial ships anchored in our Eastern Anchorage towards Pulau Ubin in the north of

• Anchor off Pulau Ubin, a mangrove island highly popular for a day’s getaway, for a unique nature exploration and a beautiful sunset before dinner on board
• Option to stay overnight at Pulau Ubin or sail towards Seletar Island (1 hour)
• Explore the nature and waters around Seletar Island, a hidden gem in the northern coast of Singapore highly popular among wakeboarder
• 12nn Depart from Seletar Island + lunch on board

• Party poppers, flower pedal, confetti, balloons, heavy duty tapes, scotch tapes, nails, staples are not allowed onboard.
• If bringing young children, kindly keep them under tight watch for their own safety.
• Free ice up to 18kg will be provided. Ice cooler of 168-cans capacity is also available onboard.
• You are going to be outside on the water for several hours. The key thing is sun protection, so bring a hat and sunglasses for day charters. You might also want to go swimming during the day, so bring your swimming costumes and gear, towels and a change of clothes if necessary. Yachting is fun and laid back experience – so formal attires are not recommended in the warm and humid weather.
• Due to safety – No water activity or swimming allowed from 7:00pm.
• Strictly NO SMOKING on board at all times.
• 2-Man Kayak: S$800/kayak
• Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) Boards: S$600/board
• Paddles for Kayaks/SUP Boards: S$80/paddle
• Snorkel Masks: S$50/mask
• No need to bring passport.
• No pets allowed.

BAD WEATHER POLICY

In case of rain before the charter, trip may be postponed for up to 30 minutes if possible; If bad weather persists, guests will be able to reschedule at their convenience at the sole discretion of the skipper; no refunds for cancellations. If it’s light rain we will still go ahead with the charter.

Kindly arrive at the marina regardless of weather condition/forecast unless informed otherwise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we would be holding the slot for you and turning down other potential customers, you won’t be able to cancel after you book.

Reschedule Policy

• For changes made 14 days or more before charter day, the booking can be rescheduled to another date within 1 month from original booking.
• For changes made less than 14 days before charter day, 100% charter fee will be charged.
• Postponement is allowed subjected to terms & conditions and availability.
• Changes to date and/or time after booking will incur reschedule fee.

Terms and conditions

Local day charters require S$500 deposit, overseas charters require 50% deposit. Balance payment due 1 month before charter.

Bookings subject to availability, accepted on first-come-first-serve basis upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for 1 month's notice, refund less deposit for less than 1 month's notice. No refund for less than 2 weeks' notice.

Rescheduling allowed at least 1 month before charter date and subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 1 month's notice forfeits deposit.

Wet weather policy: Light/moderate rain charters proceed, postponement considered cancellation. Heavy rain/thunderstorm subject to captain's discretion, assessed 1-1.5 hours prior to charter.

Charter includes one licensed captain and one crew member. Captain has discretion to preserve safety and security. Ximula Adventures Pte Ltd may refuse entry/disembark guests endangering safety or security.

No smoking on board.

Dogs allowed if able to swim, not allowed in interior of boat, and owner assumes responsibility for safety of dog.

Balloons, confetti, and party poppers not allowed in marina. Fine of up to S$500.

Charterer liable for loss or damage to yacht/equipment attributed to acts/omissions of them/guests. Compensation required for cost of repair, e.g. 2-Man Kayak: S$800/kayak.

Ximula Adventures Pte Ltd not responsible for items left behind from charter.

Ximula Adventures Pte Ltd reserves right to amend rates/terms and conditions without notice.
