Why Tom Pearson Got Fired On Below Deck Sailing Yacht

Season 3 of "Below Deck Sailing Yacht"  proved to be a shocking one full of twists and turns. The most surprising event, however, occurred during Episode 7 when Captain Glenn Shephard sent deckhand and cast member Tom Pearson packing, leaving the crew temporarily short-staffed. Still, Shephard was adamant he made the right call. "Yeah, that's a tough one," Shephard admitted about the difficult decision during a "Watch What Happens Live" appearance. "It had to be done," he declared. "It was such a grievous thing that he dropped the ball there, he had to go, and we had to just be man down and live with it, you know? So, obviously, you don't want to do that, but yeah, it had to happen," he maintained.

But what exactly did Pearson do that was so "grievous" that it warranted a pink slip from Shephard? Here's everything we know about Pearson's infamous "Below Deck" firing ...

Tom Pearson let the boat drag on his watch

Tom Pearson and friends posing for selfie

The story goes that during a night of anchor watch, deckhand Tom Pearson allowed the famous sailing yacht, Parsifal III, to drag. And in case you're wondering, that's extremely dangerous and a big no-no in the boating world! "It's as serious as it gets. I mean, there are boats, similar boats, who have been in the same situation where they didn't recover," Captain Glenn Shephard explained to  E! News .

Still, Pearson claimed the mistake happened innocently enough. According to Pearson, he had come to the end of his shift when he decided to go downstairs to make himself a cup of coffee or tea, and that's when the alarm went off. "So I was like, 'What is going on?' So I ran upstairs, went outside, and that's when I realized everything was blowing everywhere. I was trying to stop stuff from falling off the boat," he recalled during an interview with Sportskeeda . "Fifteen minutes before that, there was barely any wind," he added.

Alas, Shephard has an entirely different version of events...

Captain Glenn Shephard is not buying Tom Pearson's story

Capt. Glenn Shephard smiling

Captain Glenn Shephard isn't buying Tom Pearson's "fifteen-minute" story. "I've had a little bit of time to think about this and it's quite clear that it took us quite a long time to drag," Shephard said on camera about the incident. "I have no understanding of how you couldn't notice it if you're on anchor watch."

And it appears Pearson was equally aware of the gravity of his mistake. "Of course, I absolutely understand now, you know, it was my fault. There's no getting around that," he later divulged at the Season 3 reunion. "I think at the time, you know, I went straight into self-defense mode. But, you know, you have time to look over these things, you have time to look back. And everyone knows — I've spoken to everyone individually — I take full responsibility for what happened that night. And I think that's important that everyone knows that. I blame no one else."

But if you think Pearson's yachting days are over, think again. In March 2022, he appeared on Daisy Kelliher's podcast "Pita Party" and revealed that he was presently working on a yacht in Miami, hosting a famous Australian DJ. "Still on a yacht. Still working out. Absolutely living the dream, you know?" he gushed about his current working situation. Perhaps everything really does work out in the end, after all!

‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’: Who Will Replace Tom Pearson?

Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Tom Pearson was fired from his position . The deckhand made a huge mistake while on anchor watch. He didn’t pay attention to the winds that picked up speed throughout the night. Tom was too busy kissing third stew, Ashley Marti.

The 23-year-old was already having a shakey charter season. He struggled with his job since he was green. Then he got the news that his friend’s dad was not doing well. This greatly affected his job. In the last episode, Tom was let go for not having his head on straight and almost causing a near-fatal incident.

Tom Pearson was fired from his position

At first, the deckhand amused Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans. He made quite the impression when he became drunk within hours of the first charter. Tom drank so much during the crew outing that he puked in his cabin. What’s funny is that he shared a cabin with Captain Glenn Shephard, who was not happy.

He quickly got up and told everyone to go back to bed. Yet, Tom wasn’t embarrassed by what happened. He called himself a “legend” for partying hard. Tom took up an interest in Ashley, who constantly had her eye on Gary since the start of the season.

His mistake during the anchor watch left the charter guests and crew scared. It even affected his relationship with Ashley. Suddenly, she saw Tom as a little boy and went back to pining after Gary. Tom had a feeling that his time on the yacht was coming to an end, even before Glenn shared the news with him.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans tease his replacement

A Reddit dedicated to the Below Deck franchise teased Tom’s replacement. They have an idea of who the new deckhand will be. The Below Deck Sailing Yacht fan shared a photo of Barnaby Birkbeck, who expresses a love for the sea. Check out his photo here for yourself and share your thoughts below.

According to his Instagram page, Barnaby is already good friends with most of the Below Deck Sailing Yacht crew members. However, it hasn’t been confirmed whether he’s the new deckhand. He could be one of the crew members who work behind the scenes. When he’s not working in the yachting industry , he restores antique cars and transforms them into electric ones.

Barnaby also owns his own company, Electric Car Converts. He also has a side business in eco-friendly toothbrushes. What’s also interesting is that he might also be British, just like Tom. Most of his snapshots are set in England.

What are your thoughts on Tom’s replacement? Will you miss Tom on the show? Or, do you think it was time for him to go? Sound off below in the comment section.

Following a week's hiatus, Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 3 is back for its 11th episode. After Gabriela's departure, Daisy finds herself worried about the charter to come as she'll be short one stewardess. Ashley, who was never Gabriela's #1 fan, agrees with Daisy's unease but finds herself feeling a bit of relief, hoping the next stew to come onboard will be more amicable.Speaking of new staff, Glenn informs Daisy and Gary that the new deckhand is on his way and will be onboard within the hour. While Kelsie prepares the deck for the guest's arrivals, a new face comes aboard the ship. Welcome to the Parsifal III, Barnaby! Spoiler Alert: The rest of this article contains spoilers from Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 3, episode 11: 'Paging Dr. Nipples'

The New Deckhand Boards The Ship Amidst A Demanding Charter

Barnaby, aka Tom's replacement, introduces himself to the crew , following Gary who helps to familiarize him with the ship. Offering his background to the cameras, Barnaby reveals that he grew up in Singapore where he began his sailing career at age 11. Sailing with his father, the two won numerous Singapore National Sailing Championships, igniting his love for water sports. Having taught celebrities - including Barack Obama - how to wake board, sail, and the like, Barnaby is more than prepared to entertain the high-end guests that come aboard the ship.

The charter guests finally arrive, with co-primary guests Dr. Nichols and her husband, Chris, in the lead. As Daisy takes the guests for a tour around the boat, the other crew members unload the guests' luggage that seems to be enough for a 2-month trip rather than a 2-day trip. Chris requests that Daisy steam the guests' clothes as they unpack, leading to a 3.5 hour session of steaming for Ashley.

The charter guests then delve into the drinks, requesting specifications such as a Bloody Mary with bacon and shrimp, scoffing at the amount of bacon and the size of the shrimp upon receipt. "Are we high maintenance, Ashley? Too f**king bad," Dino, one of the non-primary guests, laughs. As the drinks flow, the guests steadily become more intoxicated , leading to arguments over dinner time. Finally, it's settled that dinner will be around 10 PM, and the guests head downstairs for a pre-meal nap.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Episode 11 Charter Guests

Said nap rolls into dinner, pushing it to 10:30 PM when the guests finally come up for their supper. During the entirety of dinner, a stumbling, slurring Dr. Nichols exposes herself a number of times, earning her the nickname, "Dr. Nipples" amongst the crew. After a successful dinner, the guests ask for music to be played on the deck as they continue to drink alcohol like it's water.

With Daisy as the sole stew on hand, she struggles to tend to their every wish, increasing wait times for drinks, blankets, and other amenities. As compensation, Dino throws a 100 Euro note at Daisy who puts on a smile despite fuming on the inside. Frustrated by the lack of timeliness, Dr. Nichols and Chris head to bed saying, "what a bunch of f**king assholes."

The Charter Guests Continue To Irk The Crew

Finally able to head to bed around 3 AM, Daisy wakes up in the morning on edge about the day to come. Marcos prepares breakfast as the crew waits on the guests who finally emerge from their cabins around 1:20 PM. The deckhands then work to set up tenders with sails for the guests to use with Gary becoming frustrated by Kelsie's "snail pace."

The guests enjoy an afternoon of water sports and continue with their specialized drink requests. "These people have no respect for me," Daisy tells the cameras, "I am emotionally, mentally, and physically drained."

Daisy confirms that dinner will be set for 10 PM, after which point the guests head back to their cabins. At 10 minutes to 10 PM, Daisy goes to retrieve the guests where she's met by Chris who tells her dinner they'll sit down for dinner between 11 PM - 11: 15 PM. For the second night in a row, Daisy plans for a night of minimal sleep and maximum chaos.

Fans Drag The Charter Guests For Their Disrespect

During the many seasons within the Below Deck franchise, charter guests have ranged from delightful to nightmarish. Unfortunately for the crew aboard the Parsifal III, they're currently in the midst of dealing with a hellish set of guests who have proven to be taxing. Fans have taken notice and are equally as disgusted by the behaviors displayed by the guests.

Daisy Deserves A Raise And Then Some

As head stew, the responsibility for the charter guests' happiness and cleanliness falls on Daisy's shoulders. Though she has Ashley's help, it was Daisy's name the guests continuously shouted. Her ability to summon patience in order to deal with their shallow, contemptuous behavior is unparalleled.

It would be nice to see her curse them out for their flippant attitudes, however, per next week's preview, it seems she'll be able to wallow in some tequila to take the edge off. Suffice it to say, whoever is in charge of payroll should double Daisy's salary.

Additionally, it looks like the new stew is coming to town. Will Daisy finally have a cohesive crew of stews? Or will Ashley's distaste for being third stew cause further issues?

Below Deck: Sailing Yacht season 3 spoilers follow.

After alarms blared, the rest of the team managed to stabilise the boat. But Captain Glenn Shephard was left disappointed in Tom's blunder, forcing him to fire the deckhand.

In a clip shared by HayU on YouTube , Captain Glenn raised the incident with Tom in the crew mess. "I've had a little bit of time to think about this and it's quite clear that it took us quite a long time to drag," he began.

"I have no understanding of how you couldn't notice it if you're on anchor watch.

"To me it's impossible. The whole point of anchor watch is precisely to make sure that doesn't happen.

The captain added: "I feel bad, I have no pleasure in this. I have to let you go. I've got no choice." Cutting to a VT, he admitted: "It's really clear to me that Tom's mind is in another place so it's not like we can just let him stay because he can't do any harm, he can still do harm in that mindset.

"We're not here to provide a job for Tom, we're here to run a safe boat. That's got to be first," he concluded.

Tom was then told to gather his items and leave, as a ride would be ready to take him away within two hours, before fist-bumping Tom as a gesture of no ill-will.

Taking the moment to accept his errors, Tom said: "Just let me say it while I'm here in front of you, that is not myself. I've been going through some things as you know. And that really did affect me in what's gone on. I'm sorry that it couldn't have worked out but it is what it is."

In a piece to-camera, he added: "I feel like this is going to be one of the biggest lessons of my whole life," he added.

"I just want to start this whole season again and just do a f**king better job. You can't slack in this game. I've learnt the hard way."

Tom will be replaced by a new deckhand in upcoming episodes.

Here's Where the Cast of Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 Is Now

Did the drama continue?

below deck sailing yacht season 3

Since it debuted back in 2020, Bravo’s spin-off Below Deck Sailing Yacht has certainly delivered some of the most dramatic feuds and steamy boatmances, and it looks as if Season 3 is no different.

While Captain Glenn Shephard is returning to take the lead of the Parsifal III, there’s a lot that’s changed, including a brand new crew and filming location. The cast will be sailing through the stunning waters of Menorca, Spain, but they’ll definitely be hitting some rocky moments, especially when it comes to returning crew members Gary and Daisy’s love-hate romance.

Well, it seems as if there’s more to come as Bravo teases one of the most unexpected crew hookups in Below Deck history. Say what? With so much having happened during the cast’s filming last summer, what exactly have they been up to since?

Captain Glenn Shephard

Daisy kelliher - chief stew.

When Season 3 wrapped, Daisy Kelliher, who returned aboard the Parsifal III as chief stew, took some much-needed vacation time. Kelliher hit up Antigua in the Caribbean , which is where she rang in the New Year and has remained since filming. Considering her ongoing love-hate relationship with fellow castmate Gary King, Daisy remains single for the time being, but she’s certainly not fallen out of love with traveling. Despite appearing to be living the life so many wish they could, Daisy revealed she’s been suffering from severe separation anxiety as she shared just how hectic and demanding her line of work could be in a February 13, 2022 post on Instagram

Gary King - First Officer

Being involved in Bravo drama is nothing new for Gary, especially after his steamy season with Daisy. Well, after wrapping up season three in Menorca, Gary took some time off to reunite with his family; sharing an adorable photo of him and his niece, Ava , on Instagram. The Bravo star is currently in St. Lucia , soaking up the sun, but he hasn’t managed to escape the drama. After sharing a kiss with Daisy Kelliher in the most recent season three trailer, fans have been wondering if he and Daisy are an item. Well, despite the rumors, Gary and Daisy aren’t dating, after confirming to E! News that the two are “just friends.”

Colin McRae - Chief Engineer

Colin McRae has returned to his old stomping grounds aboard the Parsifal III, and considering his love for sailing, fans aren’t surprised to see the Bravo star back on their screens. Since wrapping up last summer’s filming, it didn't take too much time before Colin and fellow Chief Stew Daisy reunited back in December. Since then, Colin has given most of his time to his YouTube channel, Sailing Parlay , which features an array of videos showcasing his sailing adventures. Things are clearly going well for Colin’s online presence, considering he was rewarded with a YouTube 100,000 subscriber count plaque back on February 6. "It has been 4 years of VERY hard work, possibly the hardest of any sailing channel out there that I know of so far, and to reach this milestone is so gratifying for us,” he wrote on Instagram.

Marcos Spaziani - Chef

Say hello to Bravo’s newest chef, Marcos Spaziani. The Venezuela native has been in the industry for over 10 years and is bringing his culinary expertise to the waters of Menorca. It didn’t take much time for Marcos to make a name for himself following season three of Below Deck Sailing Yacht . Spaziani is currently settled in California and has decided to open up his very own restaurant in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Marcos and fellow chef Louis Huh have been working diligently on their newest business venture, ML Eats LA .

Gabriela Barragan - 2nd Stew

Gabriela Barragan reigns from San Diego and while she’s new to the Below Deck crew, she is certainly no stranger to yachting . Barragan has worked as both a stewardess and a deckhand over the course of the last two years and has continued her yachtie life after filming season three of Sailing Yacht . Gabriela spent January and February working a yacht in St. Thomas. After living and working the island life, Gabriela took to Instagram to share that all of her “ wildest dreams are coming true ,” and considering she’s spending her days sailing through crystal clear waters, we don’t blame her.

Ashley Marti - 3rd Stew

Ashley Marti is making her Below Deck Sailing Yacht debut, and she’s relatively new to the industry. Marti first began working on yachts at the start of the pandemic. Although she reigns from New York , Marti is currently a West Coast gal as she takes in the Los Angeles sun alongside a few of her castmates. Since wrapping up Season 3, Ashley traveled through the United States and the Bahamas and is adamant about returning back aboard the Parsifal III, so Bravo fans just might be seeing more of her in the future.

Kelsi Goglia - Deckhand

Kelsi Goglia is making her Bravo debut this season of Sailing Yacht. After catching the travel bug following a trip to Croatia, Kelsi has been a yachtie ever since, and it doesn’t look like she’s turning back any time soon. She currently resides in San Diego, California, and loves herself some travel, as most Below Deck crew members do. While her romantic life remains a mystery, it’s clear she’s too busy roaming the world to settle down just yet.

Tom Pearson - Deckhand

Growing up on a lake , Tom Pearson is no stranger to the water, but he’s brand new to the Bravo family. The Below Deck Sailing Yacht deckhand was spotted getting his boatmance on, making us all wonder if he’ll be headed toward hot waters. Well, it seems as if Pearson remains single, but his life is anything but boring. After returning home to Windermere, England, Tom has kept busy surfing through the British waters but has taken quite a liking to his new image. The Bravo star has been attending a number of events following his newfound fame, including his most recent appearance in London, England for the launch of a new app on January 20.

Who is Barnaby Birkdeck? 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht's new deckhand is jealous of billionaires

Ever since deckhand Tom Pearson was fired for running Parsifal III aground, 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht's deck crew had to put in some extra work to make sure everything went smoothly. After all the safety and comfort of the charter guests is an important factor when it comes to tips. After weeks of back-breaking work with little to no sleep, first officer Gary King finally got to heave a sigh of relief when he heard that Tom's replacement would soon be joining the deck team.

Tom's replacement turned out to be a man named Barnaby Birkbeck. Based on the preview clip released by Bravo it seems like Barnaby not only managed to impress his new boss Gary but also Captain Glenn Shephard , chief stew Daisy Kelliher, Colin Macrae, and Marcos Spaziani , who all comment on Barnaby's good looks and declare that he is the kind of boy you would take home to introduce to your parents! Aside from his good looks, Barnaby also appears to have a very impressive CV that made a pretty strong impression on Captain Glenn. If you're curious to know more about the new deckhand on the Bravo show, then keep reading.

How much does it cost to charter Parsifal III? All about 'Below Deck' sailing yacht

Who is the new deckhand Barnaby Birkbeck?

Just like Tom, Barnaby too hails from England, This Brighton native is a true world traveller though. During a conversation with his co-star Kelsie Goglia, he revealed that he was in Greece when he got a call and was offered a job aboard Parsifal III. He explained, " was in Greece when I got the call. I was on a private island there teaching some Greek billionaires how to, like, eFoil and wakeboard, and that kind of thing. I'm a water sports instructor, really. I guess it's kind of similar to this, just without the water sports."

He revealed that he had some very high-profile clients as well over the years. "When I was 18, I had a very lucky break with going to Necker Island and teaching kitesurfing to the rich and famous. That's on my CV, like, Barack Obama, Richard Branson, boom, let's go, let's go, let's go." Being surrounded by billionaires all the time and watching their lavish lifestyles can turn anyone green with envy, and it's no different with Barnaby either. He revealed, "When you work on superyachts or you work on private islands, you know what kind of lifestyle [clients] have, and that's annoying because I want it so badly.

Unlike many of his peers, Barnaby doesn't have much experience working on a superyacht. In fact, Parsifal III is the second superyacht he has ever worked on, but that doesn't seem to stop him from feeling excited about it. Barnaby immediately got to work and effortlessly juggled between his many tasks, and even managed to squeeze in some time to help out Daisy. This left both Gary and Daisy raving about the new crew member.

While working aboard superyachts may be a new thing for Barnaby, being in the water isn't. He shared, "I grew up in Singapore, and I started sailing when I was 11. Dad bought a boat. Eventually, we were racing it, and we realized, 'Wow, we're actually quite good at this.' And then suddenly, we were winning Singapore national championship. We were happy with that, so we went for it and got a fast racing boat, and went off and sailed it as fast and as hard as I can, and I love it!"

Aside from teaching water sports and being a deckhand on Parsifal III, Barnaby is also a serial entrepreneur. According to his LinkedIn profile , he founded Funky Face Masks, Barnaby's Tapcards, Barnaby's Brushes, and Electric Car Converts, He also holds a degree in geography and business management from the University of Leeds. Considering all the hustle, it shouldn't come as a surprise that he managed to buy a Porsche for himself in December 2021. He took to his Instagram to reveal his latest purchase with the caption, "Work hard and achieve your dreams earlier than you think kids!! Here’s what I’ve dreamt about for a long time. (Swipe for the noise she makes)."

We can't wait to learn more about Barnaby in the upcoming episodes of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht'.

We Have a Surprising Update on Tom Pearson and Ashley Marti After Below Deck Sailing Yacht

The Season 3 deckhand opens up about his "massive s--t sandwich" of a day and where he currently stands with the stew.

Daily Dish Ig Bdsy Tom Pearson Ashley Marti

The worst day ever turned into the worst night ever for Tom Pearson in the March 28 episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht .

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck Sailing Yacht on Peacock and the Bravo app .

After the chaos of the early morning in which the Parsifal III ran aground while Tom was on anchor watch, the deckhand hoped to put all of that behind him and enjoy some time off with the crew, including Ashley Marti , whom he hooked up with earlier this season . But when Ashley started turning her attention toward  Gary King , whom she had also previously expressed an interest in , Tom became incredibly upset — and he let Ashley know it.

"OK, so we've got a massive s--t sandwich going on, and then just to top it off, when you don't think anything can get quite worse," Tom recalled of that night in an exclusive interview with Bravo Insider last month prior to the episode airing. "Fifty percent my fault for going and getting drunk. I should have gone to bed that night. I should not have been drinking, you know? I was really upset. Like, really upset. And then I just got drunk."

And so, Tom said that he actually doesn't have the best memory of the events of the crew's time off. "I don't even remember that night. I don't remember doing anything. I'll have to watch it the same as everyone else to see what happened 'cause I've heard about bits of what happened, but definitely don't know what happened to the full extent," he said. "I just know that, like, after everything that had happened with me and her, and then everything that happened back home and then with the boat running aground and then she wants to just go and mug me off again, it just tipped me over the boiling point."

After being filled in on his drama with Ashley, Tom told Bravo Insider that he believes they both bear some responsibility for what transpired that night. "I'm sure whatever I said, no one should say those things. And I definitely have apologized for that. But at the same time, she should have been more sensitive to my situation. Like, she knew what was going on. And she just went and, you know, she put the final nail in the coffin, I think. It was just a very un-sensitive thing to do. I wouldn't treat someone like that if someone was going through a rough time and they just messed up and whatever," Tom said. "I didn't think it was very nice."

Tom said that he does regret what he said to Ashley. "I wish I never said those things. Though, I actually should have just gone to bed. I shouldn't have even been out drinking," he shared. "So, you know, [I'm] obviously gonna be horrified by what I say to her."

The morning after their argument, Ashley expressed to Tom how disappointed she was in his behavior the night before. "I don't know what was going through your mind when you did that, but I have never in my life been disrespected like that before," she told the deckhand. "Whether you agree with me or not, I did absolutely nothing to deserve that."

When Tom told Ashley, "It's not me. I didn't mean any of that," she called "bulls--t" on his explanation.

Still, Tom continued to express his remorse to Ashley over the incident. "I apologize. You don't have to accept it right now. I'm not asking for you to do that. I'm absolutely mortified. Like, that is not f--king OK. That is not me. And I'm not gonna blame it on the booze. You can do whatever you like," he said. "I was just a drunk, jealous loser. I'm just really, really sorry."

The conversation between Ashley and Tom ended calmly but with things visibly cool between them. No matter what the result was going to be, Tom told Bravo Insider that it was important for him to apologize to the stew. "I'm always the first person to apologize, you know, when you really know it's you and you've messed up. Like, I will be the first person to say I'm sorry," he said. "I definitely don't want to speak to women like that or speak to anyone like that. The first thing that I knew I had to do, I think, was, you know, to just say sorry for some of the nasty things I said."

View this post on Instagram A post shared by T O M P E A R S O N (@tompearsonn)

However, Tom said that he thinks he deserves an apology from Ashley as well. "I do remember this, I was waiting for an apology from her, like, 'cause she did owe me one. She owed me something. Like, she sparked that. She did that. And she didn't even apologize," he said. "She just thought she'd done nothing, which just shocks me, still. Still to this day, I've never had an apology from her — but I'm good friends with her."

You read that right. After all of that, Tom and Ashley were able to get back on good terms. "Me and Ashley get along really well now," Tom said. "We're really good friends. We talk every day."

Tom said that he was happy to leave any tension with Ashley on the boat. "I don't think afterwards the drama needs to continue. You know, we can all forgive, forget, and be in the experience together," he said. "People are way meaner to each other. Like, there's married couples out there that are horrible to each other, but they're still together. So why should me and Ashley not be friends, you know? Now looking back, I've got nothing against her."

In fact, when Tom said goodbye to Ashley as he departed the Parsifal III crew in the April 4 episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht , she told him, "We're good." Ashley even added, "I am gonna miss you."

The two now seem to have a good sense of humor about their brief boatmance, as you can see in their Instagram posts sharing memories from this season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht . Ashley even joked about Tom's age (as she had spoken about wanting to date older men on the show) in one post with the deckhand from March 7: "He’s actually my favorite 24 year old."

Gary, Daisy, Colin, and Captain Glenn Are Back for 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Season 3

Shannon Raphael - Author

Published Jan. 25 2022, 4:49 p.m. ET

After Season 2 featured plenty of hook-ups, a few COVID-19 scares, and one boat damage incident, Below Deck Sailing Yacht is set to return for a third season in February 2022. The hit Bravo series is a spin-off of Below Deck , and the Parsifal III crew members must navigate boatmances, crew drama, and high-maintenance guests while also dealing with the stresses of working on an active sailing vessel.

The Parsifal III crew members are living and working together in Menorca, Spain in Season 3. A teaser trailer came out on Jan. 24, and it indicated that it will be an absolutely unforgettable charter season.

Like other Below Deck franchises, the Season 3 cast of Below Deck Sailing Yacht consists of several returners and plenty of new faces. Keep scrolling to find out who is on deck this season.

1. Glenn Shephard (Captain)

One thing that fans of the Below Deck franchise can count on is consistency when it comes to the captains. Below Deck Sailing Yacht is no different, as Captain Glenn is back at the helm for his third season.

2. Daisy Kelliher (Chief Steward)

The Irish interior crew leader is back on Parsifal III for her second season. Though Daisy largely stayed above the fray in terms of the boatmances and drama in Season 2, things are about to change for her.

3. Gary King (Bosun)

While Gary claimed in the trailer that he wouldn't be getting involved in any complicated love situations like he did in his first season on the show, the bosun will be an active participant in a love pentagon on Season 3.

To further make matters awkward, one of the women involved in said love pentagon is Daisy. Will the bosun and the chief stew become a power couple, or will their romance hit the rocks?

4. Colin MacRae (Chief Engineer)

The chief engineer was a fan favorite in Season 2 because of his ability to stir the pot, and it doesn't appear as if anything has changed in the new season.

"I do enjoy a little bit of drama here and there," Colin said in the teaser clip. "It keeps me entertained."

Here's to hoping that Colin will continue to keep things interesting by sharing a bit of harmless crew gossip when needed.

5. Marcos Spaziani (Chef)

The food expert has a full decade of prior experience as a chef, and he trained in his home country of Venezuela. While cooking on a moving sailing vessel is certainly exciting, Marcos is set to open a restaurant in Los Angeles in the near future.

6. Gabriela Barragan (Second Stew)

Gabriela has experience working on both the deck and on the interior team, but she will be Daisy's right-hand woman in Season 3. The San Diego native has been in the yachting industry for about two years.

7. Ashley Marti (Third Stew)

The New Yorker is new to Below Deck Sailing Yacht for Season 3, and she's previously worked on boats in Florida and in the Bahamas. She embarked on a career in the yachting industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.

8. Kelsie Goglia (Deckhand)

When Kelsie isn't working on deck, she resides in San Diego. The deckhand is new to the show, and she loves to spend time outside and in the water.

9. Tom Pearson (Deckhand)

The final deckhand grew up surrounded by water, so working on yachts ultimately became the right fit for him. Though Tom is serious about his career, he's also interested in a bit of romance on Season 3.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 is set to debut on Monday, Feb. 21 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo. The show will also be available to stream on Peacock.

Tom Pearson fired on Below Deck Sailing Yacht: Is he the first person Captain Glenn fired on show?

Is Tom Pearson the first person to be fired from Below Deck Sailing Yacht?

Tom Pearson was fired on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which has some viewers wondering if the deckhand’s the first person Captain Glenn Shephard fired.

The writing was on the wall for Tom after the sailing yacht dragged anchor during his watch. Ahead of the anchor dragging episode, Tom teased things took a turn for him on the hit sailing show following that incident.

Now Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans know why Captain Glenn did not respond. It’s because he fired Tom.

Is Tom Pearson the first crew member Captain Glenn fired on Below Deck Sailing Yacht?

There’s no question that crew firings are part of the Below Deck franchise. Several crewmembers have been fired over the years, with some seasons even having more than one crew member getting the boot.

The exception was Below Deck Sailing Yacht until Captain Glenn fired Tom.

Captain Glenn came close to firing deckhand Parker McCown during Season 1 of the sailing show. However, Parker knew his days were numbered and opted to leave before the captain fired him.

During Season 2 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, not a single crew member was fired or left. There wasn’t even a crew member who was close to being fired or thought about leaving.

Well, other than Dani Soares saying she was going to leave when her boatmance Jean-Luc Cerza-Lanaux thought he had an STD.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans weigh in on Tom Pearson’s firing

Twitter was buzzing with thoughts on Captain Glenn firing Tom on the most recent episode of the hit yachting show.

The consensus was that the captain made the right call. One Twitter user made it clear Tom had no one to blame but himself.

Tom:’It was nit my fault’ You were literally making out with Ashley when the wind started hitting pretty harsh and everything started falling #BelowDeckSailing pic.twitter.com/mrKNzKblDI — dramabananna (@dramabananna) April 5, 2022

Another poked fun at Tom for not acknowledging his anchor watch mistake.

Then there was a Twitter user who simply expressed excitement over Tom getting axed.

Tom is gone! #BelowDeckSailing #BelowDeck pic.twitter.com/kmoIpU8SpX — ShorteeRuff ? (@ShorteeRuff) April 5, 2022

Not everyone was throwing shade or dissing Tom. One fan encouraged Tom to learn from his mistakes.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht charter guest Erica Rose recently showed her support for Tom ahead of his firing. Erica also gave Ashley Marti props when the stew shared a message to all of her haters.

Tom Pearson has made Below Deck Sailing Yacht history as the first person Captain Glenn Shephard fired from the show.

10 Below Deck Alums Who's Poor Performance Got Them Fired

  • Below Deck crew members are quickly fired for poor performance, causing a ripple effect on the team.
  • Chief Stews and Bosuns have tough leadership roles, dealing with high stress levels on the superyachts.
  • Various crew members from different seasons faced termination for incompetence, affecting the overall dynamic onboard.

When Below Deck crew members start to perform poorly, they’re often axed from their casts and asked to leave the charter season. The reality yachting show debuted in 2016 and received a great reception. Led by Captain Lee Rosbach , Below Deck gave its audience a unique look into the lives of the crew working on superyachts. The yachting life intrigued viewers, with entertainment fueled by hectic moments onboard, boatmances, and clashes among crew . After the mainstay series became popularized, the franchise expanded with Below Deck Mediterranean , currently in its ninth season starring Captain Sandy Yawn and Aesha Scott .

Nowadays, Below Deck captains are quick to fire their substandard crews . When someone doesn't pull their weight, it causes a trickle-down effect on the rest of the crew. At the helm of each department are the Chief Stew and Bosun, tasked with leading the stews and deckhands, respectively. Aside from the captain and chef, they have some of the most difficult jobs on board and deal with high levels of stress. Aesha was one of the best Chief Stews during her run on Below Deck Med season 9, though the same can’t be said for other crew members from the franchise’s past.

20 Best Reality TV Shows Right Now

Reality TV is more popular than ever. With so many to choose from, here are some of the best reality TV shows to stream or watch right now.

Shane Coopersmith

Below deck season 8.

During his time on Below Deck season 8, Shane Coopersmith won over the audience but not his fellow crew members. He wasn’t outright disrespectful towards Captain Lee and Bosun Eddie Lucas. However, where Shane’s performance faltered was his tendency to oversleep . He didn’t wake up to his alarms and showed up late. Shane had good intentions heading into the charter season and wanted to gain more knowledge from Captain Lee and Eddie. However, he was fired after he slept in one time too many.

Chandler Brooks

Below deck season 6.

Chandler Brooks hasn’t returned to the franchise since his run as a Bosun in Below Deck season 6. Working with Captain Lee, the deck team noticed that the Bosun struggled with leadership. Deckhands Ashton Pienaar, Rhylee Gerber, and Ross Inia grew weary of Chandler and tried to bring their concerns to Captain Lee. After multiple occasions, he was fired for his poor performance. It seems Chandler wasn’t cut out to take the leadership role. He admitted he was relieved when Captain Lee fired him, which was an honest admission that made his poor showing make more sense to his crew and the viewers.

Chef Anthony Iracane

Below deck season 11.

Anthony Iracane was a promising new chef at the start of Below Deck season 11. He had the tough job of following in Rachel Hargrove’s footsteps after she served as the franchise's chef for three seasons in a row. At the beginning of the season, Chef Anthony charmed his crew members with his endearing personality. He formed a close friendship with Chief Stew Fraser Olender and championed his work as a chef throughout the season. However, when Chef Anthony’s performance faltered, Captain Kerry Titheradge considered firing him.

Organization was the chef’s kryptonite . Chef Anthony’s dishes were inconsistent, and Captain Kerry encouraged him to get his head into the game. After a few improvements, Anthony's confidence slipped, and so did his cooking in the galley. The rest of the crew wanted to see him win, but Fraser knew it was in their best interest if he was fired. After a final lackluster charter trip during the midway point of the season, Captain Kerry fired Chef Anthony. There was no ill will in his departure, and the captain hinted at him potentially returning to the show in the future.

Tom Pearson

Below deck sailing yacht season 3.

Tom Pearson joined Below Deck Sailing Yacht with an eager heart. The excitement surrounding the experience seemed to get the best of him, and he threw up in his cabin after a night out. It’s fine that he got sick, but Tom drew the line when he threw up in the living space he shared with Captain Glenn Shephard. He wasn’t fired because of that night, but rather an incident where he let the anchor drag on the ocean floor. Captain Glenn had hope for Tom but had to fire him after his mistake put them in danger.

Chef Leon Walker

Below deck season 3.

Leon Walker was an incredible chef on Below Deck season 3, but his bad attitude soured his time on the show. The guests and crew enjoyed his food, but he was eventually fired for his stubbornness. Chef Leon notably fought with Chief Stew Kate Chastain during the charter season. His worst moment during the season was likely when he started a fire in the galley due to uncleanliness. Chef Leon’s unwillingness to receive feedback played a hand in the fire, and he was asked to leave the charter season.

Jared Woodin

Jared Woodin joined the crew of Below Deck season 11 as Captain Kerry’s Bosun. His hiring admittedly shocked Ben Willoughby, who thought he would be promoted to Bosun after working as a deckhand during season 10. Nonetheless, Jared served as Bosun, and his leadership was almost immediately put into question. He was unsure when making decisions and didn’t seem present. Captain Kerry pulled Jared aside, and he admitted he was stressed about not communicating with his daughter on the superyacht . The captain had sympathy for his Bosun and tried to cheer him up.

Jared tried to get his head in the game but couldn’t. It was clear he was under high levels of stress that were affecting his judgment as a Bosun . One night after a charter trip, the crew went out to drink, and Jared became upset with Kyle Stillie. The deckhand dropped tobacco on the deck and hot tub, and Jared demanded he clean up his mess. Kyle intended to clean up in the morning, but Jared pressed the problem. Their drunken fight woke Captain Kerry, and Jared was fired the next day.

Camille Lamb

Below deck season 10.

Camille Lamb will likely go down in Below Deck history as one of the most chaotic crew members ever. She was featured on the franchise during season 10 of the mainstay series. The first red flag in her appearance was her hybrid role as a stew and deckhand. Camille had the difficult task of juggling her duties as a part of the interior and exterior team , which she didn’t manage that well. She complained when she had to work, leaving many questioning why she was hired in the first place.

Camille feuded with Chief Stew Fraser and Chef Rachel during the entirety of the charter season. He grew upset with the stew/deckhand because she would drink on the job. Captain Lee led Below Deck season 10 until he had to leave for medical reasons, and Captain Sandy stepped in as his replacement. Fraser and Chef Rachel told the captain about Camille’s bad behavior, and she was fired . Even after performing poorly throughout the charter season, she didn’t understand why her employment was terminated but returned during the crew’s final night out and made some amends with the crew.

Chef Mila Kolomeitseva

Below deck mediterranean season 4.

Chef Mila Kolomeitseva was unhinged during her time on Below Deck Med . Her casting marked the first time a female chef was featured on the franchise. Unfortunately, Chef Mila will also go down in Below Deck history as one of the worst chefs featured on the show. She had some terrible moments on the show, including when she attempted to make pancakes from a boxed mix and when she got caught licking steaks . Chef Mila was flabbergasted when Hannah Ferrier questioned her methods, and was fired by Captain Sandy after a guest called her food “ icky .”

Lexi Wilson

Below deck mediterranean season 6.

Lexi Wilson had a tough showing in Below Deck Med season 6. She worked underneath Captain Sandy and Chief Stew Katie Flood as a stew. Lexi showed little respect for the Chief Stew or the rest of the crew. When she drank, her behavior worsened . Lexi couldn’t get along with any of her co-workers, and Captain Sandy noticed this. The stew revealed the heartbreaking news that her father passed away three months before filming. Lexi was mourning during her time on the show and probably should have taken time before jumping back into the stressors of working on a superyacht.

Chef Ryan McKeown

Below deck down under season 1.

Chef Ryan McKeown had a huge ego on Below Deck Down Under . He was the first chef of the Australian-based spin-off alongside franchise favorite Aesha in her first time as Chief Stew on the show. However, his attitude quickly became negative. Chef Ryan clashed with Aesha and Captain Jason Chambers during the charter season. When the Chief Stew asked him questions about himself or his dishes, he snapped at her for no reason. Chef Ryan didn’t only disrespect Aesha but also the charter guests when he opted not to greet them at the beginning of the trips.

His distaste towards the Chief Stew was incredibly odd. Below Deck fans are fond of Aesha for her sweet, endearing personality. She was never rude to the chef, but it seemed as though he had a personal problem with her. Chef Ryan scoffed about her in his confessional interviews , stating, “ if [Aesha was] good at [her] job, we’ll have a good, healthy relationship ,” but if not, “ I just don’t want them around .” After multiple instances of disrespect, Captain Jason rightfully fired him.

Many crew members get fired for poor performance on Below Deck . Life on superyachts is mentally and physically taxing, and some can’t handle the pressure of life at sea. Without firings, Below Deck would be less shocking and entertaining, but it’s always sad to see a crew member’s employment being terminated on the show.

The Below Deck franchise is available to stream on Peacock.

Below Deck is a popular reality TV franchise that focuses on a group of crew members as they work on luxurious yachts and cater to their client's needs. After the original series proved to be a success, Bravo developed a handful of spinoff shows including Below Deck Selling Yacht, Below Deck Adventure, Below Deck Down Under, and Below Deck Mediterranean.

What’s Going On With ‘Below Deck Down Under’s Captain Jason Chambers After Season 2?

The Big Picture

  • Captain Jason fired crew members for making unwanted advances, received praise for swift action.
  • Captains are known for working with nonprofits and speaking engagements during off-season.
  • Season 3 of Below Deck Down Under is being filmed in Seychelles with new transformations.

After a particularly grueling and dark Below Deck Down Under Season 2 , many are curious about what's going on with reality TV star Captain Jason Chambers. Last season, the series took on a tragic and uncomfortable storyline revolving around non-consensual physical contact. Halfway through Season 2, two crew members, bosun Luke Jones and Laura Bileskalne, were caught on camera making unwanted advances toward other crew members. Both instances required outside intervention and led to Captain Jason firing them. In the end, the team received praise for their swift action and the season continued to be an amazing addition to the Below Deck franchise. After the dark turn of events, New Zealander Luka Brunton took over Luke's spot and Jamie Neale took Laura's position.

The rest of the season would follow suit with Below Deck history, and be filled with hookups, arguments, and endless drama to keep viewers satisfied. However, between the response from the storyline and the long wait from Season 2, the possibility of a Season 3 return seemed miniscule. The longer the wait, the more silent the crew became and the harder to believe the series would return. The more extended break between seasons is causing a shift to focus on the crew and what they've been up to. Luckily though, since the season has ended, the popular Captain has stayed occupied while he waits to board the next superyacht. Along with some influential charity work, the Captain has been super busy, and here's what he's been up to.

Follows the crew of a multi million dollar charter boat in the Caribbean.

Jason Chambers Was Working With a Nonprofit

When captains are not at sea, many are known for making public appearances and even volunteering their time. For example, Captain Sandy Yawn is a renowned public speaker who hopes to provide inspiring and courteous offerings of advice. In many of her speeches, she stresses the importance of not taking no for an answer, breaking barriers, and being a woman in a male-dominated industry. It seems that Captain Jason may have similar goals. With the series on hiatus, Captain Jason has kept himself engaged and dedicated as a public servant . One way he has kept occupied during the off-season was through volunteering efforts and working on nonprofit projects, specifically in Indonesia. Recently on Instagram , Captain Jason shared his collaboration efforts with Classroom of Hope , a charity for children's education. The stalwart Captain raised over $80,000, which was enough money to build two new schools in Indonesia.

This 'Below Deck' Couple Was the Bravo Showmance We Deserved

On a network filled with relationship scandals, a budding fling ‘Below Deck’ had the hallmarks of true romance.

In the videos, he can be seen interacting with the children, helping build the schools, and showcasing his pride in philanthropy. Between his efforts and collaboration with Classroom of Hope , Captain Jason made education more accessible for hundreds of young children. While helping third-world countries improve their education is important to the captain, that doesn't seem to be his only mission in Indonesia. His social media posts also highlight his time on conservation and safaris, while also expressing his "weekend mode" as he enjoyed off-charter water adventures. His Instagram also showcased him "rediscovering his heart" by engaging in a Balinese cleansing ritual by a Hindu priest. Ultimately, Captain Jason has become a major role model in the sea and philanthropy world. He's an inspiration to many people as he continues forth with his efforts to improve land and sea.

Captain Jason Hung Out With Scheana Shay From Vanderpump Rules

While being a captain and looking after a crew is a serious and demanding occupation, Jason isn't only about business . He certainly knows how to have fun and enjoy life. The captain showed off his charming personality in the franchise through his witty banter and friendly connection with Aesha Scott . He also showed how much fun he could have through something as small and silly as jumping in the water randomly. However, the Captain also knows how to switch it up and have fun off the superyacht as well. During the break from Season 2, Captain Jason was spotted at Universal Studios.

‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Season 1 Almost Sank the Series

The first season of 'BDSY' traveled some rough seas.

He wasn't alone though, because alongside him was Vanderpump Rules star and fellow Bravo TV co-star Scheana Shay . Scheana was there with her husband, New Zealander Brock Davies . Having a fellow Australian native was sure to make Jason more comfortable throughout their outing. At Universal, Captain Jason's kids and Scheana's daughter hung together, while she and her husband showed the Captain an amazing time. The post on Instagram is a highlight reel of their gathering, sandwiched between the Captain's adventures in Indonesia. While his time at Universal isn't highlighted on Instagram as much as the rest of his activities, it shows the Captain loves to play just as hard as he works.

Captain Jason Is Most Likely Preparing for Season 3

Aside from hanging out with fellow reality TV stars and volunteering his time, there's one particular Below Deck activity fans would likely be excited for: the return of season 3. While the Captain himself is tightlipped about the upcoming Below Deck Down Under Season 3, Noah Samton , the Senior VP of unscripted current production at NBCUniversal, announced the third season was currently filming. He also teased that Season 3 had a few new transformations underway that were sure to keep fans entertained. Noah's comment could be in reference to the new filming location, which is suspected to be in La Digue, Seychelles. According to the Below Deck subreddit , there have been various sightings of a film crew for an “unnamed boat show.” However, the crew sighted was claimed to have Below Deck franchise apparel.

Additionally, there have been various sightings of possible charter guests . For example, hairdresser Jessica Weldon was found on Instagram with photos tagged with the Seychelles location and a handful of posts on a yacht with a film crew. After a deep dive, her friend's list revealed she followed some of the Below Deck stars, and they followed her back. The same could be said for the founder of Luna Media Group, Nikita Sachdev's Instagram , along with her traveling companions. Along with the confirmation of Season 3 and the rumored sightings of charter guests, various Below Deck stars, such as Harry van Vliet and Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph, were also believed to be involved with the filming of the new season. So while the Captain may not be giving much away, it might be safe to say that he's been behind the scenes filming for the show as well.

Overall, Season 2 ended almost a year ago. While normally the next season wouldn't take so long to air, that hasn't stopped the captain from being an involved and contributing member of society. It's obvious the Captain cares much about the environment too . In the last year, he's focused his efforts on enjoying life and making the world a better place. However, aside from volunteering his time in Indonesia, he was recently at the Bali Turtle Conservation farm in Balian, West Bali. The conservation was where he released baby Olive Ridley turtles into the sea. He has also been working on creating healthier products like sunscreen to help improve human skin while also boosting the marine ecosystem. In the end, Captain Jason has proven to be a valuable member of society and the Below Deck franchise and his return is highly awaited.

  • Gary King's scandalous behavior ruined the show.
  • Future cast members may not want to work with him.
  • Viewers don't want to support Gary anymore.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 has finally been confirmed, but after Gary King’s scandalous sexual misconduct allegations surfaced last year and halted the series , I think the show should be canceled after this season. Gary, the First Officer aboard Parsifal III, has been doing his best to downplay the serious allegations against him that he’d allegedly been sexually inappropriate with a makeup artist on the Below Deck production team. After years on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, the behavior sadly wasn’t surprising to viewers who have watched Gary’s playboy actions and seen him be derogatory toward women in the past.

Gary’s behavior has been difficult to watch throughout the years, but now that Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 is moving forward and coming to Bravo, things have come to a surprising head. With Gary returning to the show, which was filmed over a year ago prior to the sexual misconduct allegations coming out, things could be tense between the First Officer and the rest of the crew should the news have broken while he was aboard Parsifal III. While it’s unlikely it’ll be covered in the series, I believe Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 could be its last.

Gary King's Behavior Ruined The Show

He’s been a nightmare since the beginning.

Gary ’s time on Below Deck Sailing Yacht has been difficult for some viewers to reckon with, especially after his behavior in the last year. While Gary has always been a polarizing figure in the series , many have found that watching him makes them uncomfortable after the allegations came out about his behavior, but were also uneasy about the First Officer before. Throughout Below Deck Sailing Yacht ’s run, Gary has been known as the playboy type, flirting endlessly with women both on the sailing yacht’s crew and within the groups of guests aboard. Gary’s behavior hasn’t always been suspicious, but noticeable.

Gary has long been cast as the playboy of the series, but his time aboard Parsifal III hasn’t led to many romances that viewers have seen, which is why his time in the love triangle of Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 was surprising. While Gary and Daisy had joked about being flirty throughout the previous seasons they’d worked together when Daisy and Colin Macrae decided to pursue a relationship aboard the sailing yacht last season, Gary quickly got jealous. Gary’s behavior was irritating , destructive, and made it clear that he wasn’t taking their genuine feelings for each other seriously.

Future Cast Members Likely Won't Want To Work With Him

Below deck sailing yacht is going to struggle with casting.

While Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 is already filmed and ready to go, Bravo may struggle filling spots on the series in the future . The cast of the series is, as with other Below Deck franchises, a rotating cast of yachties who work from season to season on the sailing yacht. While some stick around, like Captain Glenn Shephard, Gary, and Daisy Kelliher, others are rotating members who participate in some seasons, but not others. With a rotating cast of yachties, Below Deck Sailing Yacht needs to stay appealing to yachties who want to start working with the franchise.

While Gary has been a longtime part of the show, his behavior on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 was difficult for others to deal with. From his jealousy of Daisy and Colin to the way he treated stew Mads Herrera, who he had a flirty connection with, Gary wasn’t the ideal yachtie to work with. While his behavior could’ve been blown out of proportion for the show, the allegations against him were a far different brand of problem. With Gary accused of sexual misconduct while working aboard a Below Deck yacht, new yachties will likely want to steer clear .

Fans Won't Want To Watch Gary King Anymore

Viewers don’t want to support gary.

Much like the yachties who could be interested in working aboard a Below Deck superyacht that will be dissuaded because of Gary’s actions, viewers aren’t interested in tuning in to support Gary. While that isn’t necessarily the same as supporting Below Deck Sailing Yacht, the series is at fault for giving Gary a platform to continue to appear as a public figure after some serious allegations were lodged against him. Many viewers love the show but don’t want to watch it if Gary is on it because that simply means they support someone who has potentially done something deeply inappropriate.

While Below Deck Sailing Yacht will be returning for another season this fall, I believe that the next season of the series will be the last one. Even though many enjoy the crew of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, support of the series won’t be as high if Gary continues to be featured on the show . After his poor behavior and the fact that he’s deflected the allegations consistently, viewers won’t be interested or invested in a story that heavily features Gary, even if the rest of the Below Deck Sailing Yacht crew are people they enjoy watching.
