Delta 88 carbon is the flagship in the series of individual carbon fiber motor yachts built by Delta Powerboats. Pioneering design, outstanding hydrodynamic efficiency, luxury comforts and an impeccable craftsmanship enable the 88 to deliver the most memorable on-the-water experience. Her strong and light carbon fiber hull is paired with the latest IPS integration that drives the 80 ft hull to a 39-knot top speed — with up to 40 percent reduction in fuel consumption and emissions. Joystick controls provide superb maneuverability and effortless handling when docking  and underway. Completed to an owner’s specifications, the 88 carbon features a handmade Scandinavian-style interior highlighted by exceptional visibility, high-end finishes and generous storage. Designed for owner operation or to run with a small professional crew, the 88 accommodates eight guests with a full-beam king size master suite, a VIP- and two twin-cabins along with crew quarters for two crew members. The large, versatile cockpit and exterior deck areas provide  space to entertain guests and facilitate any on-the-water life-style activity.

Delta Carbon Yachts’ 88 Carbon Sport Yacht Is Coming To The U.S.

Delta Carbon Yachts, the U.S. division of Swedish luxury yacht builder, Delta Powerboats, announces the U.S. debut of the flagship 88 Carbon Sport Yacht. The company has signed the contract for Hull #3 of the 88 series with an American client in 2015 and though the yacht was delivered in July, it will be showcased to public at the 2016 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show only in November. Hull #4 is sold and under construction and will be delivered to another American owner in summer 2017. Hull #5 is under negotiation.

The 88 Carbon Sport Yacht invites to admire her world-class Scandinavian-designed interior, accentuated by exceptional visibility, top-of-the-line finishes and generous storage. The all-carbon fiber luxury sport yacht accommodates up to ten guests in a full-beam king size master suite, a VIP and two twin cabins below deck. There are quarters for three crewmembers situated aft. The large, versatile cockpit and spacious exterior deck areas easily facilitate any on-the-water activity, from fishing and diving to swimming and sunning.

Swedish shipbuilder Delta Powerboats launched the 25.72m/84’4″ motor yacht Delta Carbon 88 . Lars Modin has designed the yacht’s exterior profile, naval architecture and interiors. 

Delta Carton 88 – exterior

The exterior has some resemblance with Steve Jobs’s motor yacht VENUS , however, Delta Carbon 88 is much smaller than the bespoke 78m superyacht.

Accommodation layout includes a master suite of a full-beam size, a VIP cabin and two twin cabins, for a total of 10 guests. The yacht can be run by the owner himself, of by a small crew of two.

The cockpit is designed for dining alfresco, socialising and sunbathing.

Delta Carbon 88 is powered by three Volvo IPS1200 engines, which provide a top speed of 39 knots. Manouvrenous and easy to handle, the yacht is equipped with the IPS system with joystick control.

She will be ready for delivery in September in the US, and then she will make her first appearance at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show .

Meet the 88 Carbon Sport Yacht

Delta Carbon Yachts has plans to introduce its new flagship, the 88 Carbon Sport Yacht, to the American market at this November’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Hull No. 3 was sold to an American client this past July. Hull No. 4 is under construction for delivery to an American buyer in 2017, and the builder says it has interest in Hull No. 5 as well.

The 88 Carbon Sport Yacht has a top speed of 38 knots, driven by triple Volvo Penta IPS 1200 engines. She accommodates 10 guests and is designed to be owner-operated with minimal crew.
