YACHTSMAN STEAKHOUSE
Yachtsman Steakhouse is definitely the superior steakhouse between the two. Both in quality and taste. My group of 7 made a reservation here and it was truly one of the best meals we had there. We did have a cast member discount so I'm sure that played into our experience. But even without the discount, it was a delicious meal!

Yachtsman Steakhouse Review: Disney World's Most Magnificent Meats?
The Chef's Signature 28-oz Porterhouse for Two at Yachtsman Steakhouse was very good, but fell a little short of greatness. It delivered in terms of tenderness, marbling, a robustly meaty flavor, and impressive presentation. If I weren't paying for this and didn't know how much it cost, I'd have no complaints.

Overall. This trip — like most Yachtsman Steakhouse visits — was delicious. This is a restaurant that is quite reliable in terms of food quality and variety. Service can sometimes be slow here, but that's more a function of the servers not wanting to rush you rather than not being attentive.
