Most of our yachts depart from Miami Beach Marina in South Beach. We have other yachts that depart from different marinas in south beach. We also have some options that leave from downtown Miami.

Yes, you must bring the card that you used to pay for the yacht rental and you must bring a photo ID that matches the credit card used to book the yacht rental. The photo ID must also clearly match the individual presenting the ID and credit card.

Miami Blue Yacht Rental does not allow for cancellations under any circumstances within 30 days of the departure of your trip. Cancellations made between 90 days and 30 days of your trip’s departure are subject to a 50% refund of the total cost of your charter. Cancellations made prior to 90 days of your trip departure will receive a full refund.

The cancellation policy above applies only to day trips. Any overnight charters will follow a separate cancellation policy that will be outlined in the charter contract between Miami Blue Yacht Rental and the client.

Miami Blue Yacht Rental will cancel charters if there is inclement weather preventing us from conducting the trip. In the event of inclement weather, we will issue a credit that is valid for 3 years after the initial charter departure date. That credit can be used towards a future charter with Miami Blue Yacht Rental.

Miami Blue Yacht Rental reserves the right to determine whether or not the weather permits us from conducting the charter.

For almost all of our Miami yachts we can only take a maximum of 12 guests due to United States Coast Guard regulations. Even if the boat you rented is over 100ft, it can only take a maximum of 12 passengers. The only Miami charter yachts that can take more than 12 passengers are event or party yachts with special certifications.

To rent a yacht with Miami Blue, the individual making payment and signing the charter contract must be at least 18 years of age. Customers are required to submit full payment up front to reserve a yacht or boat. If the departure date is more than 90 days away, customers are allowed to rent a boat or yacht with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged 90 days before the trip departs.

On the day of the charter, the individual who made the payment and signed the contract is required to be on board the vessel. That individual must arrive at the vessel with the credit card they used to book the boat or yacht, and they must arrive with a photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used to book the charter.

Yes, you can bring whatever food, drinks, or alcohol you’d like. We just ask that you don’t bring red wine because it stains the boats. You can also arrange to have your charter catered. We will connect you with one of our preferred partners who will handle all of the catering. In most cases, you can have the catering delivered to the yacht prior to your trip. That way everything is setup and ready to go when you arrive.

Yes. You are free to switch to a different yacht or boat if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice and the alternative yacht or boat is available on the date requested. If there is an additional cost of the new yacht, you would simply need to pay the additional balance for the upgraded vessel.

Yes, you can have your yacht rental catered. We can connect you with local caterers who can deliver food to the boat prior to the charter. You are also free to arrange food with your own caterer and bring it with you on the charter.

Smoking rules vary depending on which Miami yacht you book. Most of our yachts allow for vaping and electronic cigarettes on any part of the yacht that is not enclosed. Some of our yachts allow for smoking but only in specific areas on the yacht. Usually somewhere off the back of the yacht so that the smoke and ash does not get on the yacht.

The number of bedrooms on your Miami yacht tour will depend on the type and size of the yacht you book. All of our Miami yacht charter listings have information on the number of beds and the number of staterooms for each yacht. • Balloons are not allowed on board on of our yacht or boat rentals. Balloons can cause issues and make it difficult for the crew to navigate. Additionally, if the balloons pop and fall into the water they are terrible for the environment. • Self-tanning oils and bronzers are not allowed onboard. The cause stains on the yacht’s upholstery that are very difficult to remove. • Please avoid wearing denim or jean clothing as the dyes from these clothes can stain the upholstery when they get wet. • Please do not wear any temporary hair dye or wigs. The ink seeps out due to the moisture and the humidity and can cause bad stains. • Please avoid bringing wed wine or other similar drinks. If they spill they can cause stains that are extremely difficult to clean and remove. • No Hookah, shisha, or other items that have an open flame such as BBQ equipment, gas, propane, coals, etc. • We do not allow glitter or confetti on our yacht charters. • No pets are allowed on board our yachts. • Any damage that is caused to the yacht upholstery, flooring, or other surfaces caused by beverages, smoking, or dye from wet clothing will incur additional charges for the repair and damages to be fixed.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

Great communication as im very difficult so thanks to take all the notes and make it smooth and easy to book. I liked the boat, and we had a good time with girls. I don't know when next time we will rent a yacht again but hopefully soon. I just had a good time, and crew was nice.

Actually not a scam. The one star rating gives a false impression and made me a little nervous especially since I saw it after I sent a $950 deposit for the vessel and jet skiis. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their services, the Broker was incredibly responsive and helpful, the entire way through. The boat we rented was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect day , and sunset! out on the water. The captain provided was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also friendly and accommodating, making our entire trip even more enjoyable. The only advise I'd say is make sure you tell your captain you got jet skiis. I almost didn't mention it assuming they knew. But when I asked where we stop for jet skiis after planning the route we had a minor change in the route because they advised they weren't told and sometimes it's not communicated. They also had several charters a day so I understand anyone can make a mistake. Always good anyway to cover all ends and not assume. Oh, one more thing to keep in mind. Day of charter, the captain texts you from a different number. They tell you to go to a different address that's not the listed one for this company. The address the captain gives you is the actual dock where they pick you up. Going into this blind, this would've been a good piece of mind to know because it looked a little sus. But just let the guy at the gate know which boat you're there for and who your captain is and he will have knowledge. our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our trip to Miami wouldn't have been the same. This company delivered and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Sura!

FATAL SCAM! Don't rent from them. If I could give them 0, I'll do it without hesitation. These people asked us a "down payment" to reserve our jet ski's which at first I though it was weird but either way we paid them, their reason why was "they couldn't assure us that they will have them available without an upfront payment". When we got to the place (they were moving from that office) the staff was very unprofessional and they were pushing us to just pay the rest and leave. When we're about to pay they say "we just accept Zelle or cash" which I though it was weird because a real company accepts Cards, but for some reason they didn't want us to pay like that. After we paid, they told us to come back to another location that they would send us through message. When we got to the location 15 minutes before our reservation they didn't pick up the phone, they ignored our messages, nobody answered the phone until ONE HOUR AFTER CALLING. And when they finally pick up was a guy from another location that didn't want to transfer out call to the main one. 20 minutes later they said that "the previous customer crashed the jet skis so they had to cancel our reservation AND they were going to refund they money through Zelle". We told them that we would go to the office to pickup the money and they said they weren't in the office anymore! Guess what? We went to the office and they were there! Of course they were surprised when they saw us. I asked for the money in cash. Awful experience. If we didn't decide to come back and ask for the money, they would have stole it from us! FRAUD
