Hanse Yachts is a German yacht manufacturer, the second largest builder of sailing yachts globally, headquartered in the city of Greifswald, Germany. Beginning in an old-established shipyard for workboats, Hanse was founded in the year 1990 by Michael Schmidt. It has its main building site in Greifswald and in Goleniów, Poland, it has a subsidiary for hull production and pre-assembly. Mit der Hanse 590 als größtem Modell komplettiert der weltweit zweitgrößte Hersteller von Segelyachten seine erfolgreiche neue Baureihe aus der Zusammenarbeit mit den Yachtdesignern von Berret-Racoupeau. Ihr auf 59 Fuß Länge außergewöhnlich hohes Volumen, ihre durchdachten und vielfältigen Layout-Varianten und ihre zahlreichen Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten sind ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal in dieser Bootsklasse.

Auch bei der Hanse 590 ermöglicht das markante Design mit den hanse-typischen Kimmkanten über Stabilität und Leistung hinaus ein enormes Raumvolumen und damit einen in dieser Klasse ungewöhnlich hohen Komfort. Mit ihrem innovativen Cockpit-Konzept und luxuriösen Extras wie einer zum Beach-Club erweiterbaren enorm großen Badeplattform, ihrer Tender-Garage für ein Dinghi bis zu 3,1 Meter Länge, der hydraulischen Gangway, einer Sonnen-Lounge mit Sonnensegel auf dem Vorschiff, einer separaten Crew-Kabine und ungewöhnlich großen Kühlkapazitäten ist der Komfort der Hanse 590 enorm.

Dabei steht die Hanse 590 wie alle Hanses für Fast Cruising und Easy Sailing. Alle wesentlichen Leinen sind zu den beiden Steuerständen geführt, von denen aus der Skipper die volle Kontrolle über die große Yacht hat. Sicher und komfortabel – und zugleich wie bei Hanse üblich voll einhandtauglich. Der serienmäßige Bugspriet mit zweitem Vorstag erweitert die Möglichkeiten der Besegelung für noch mehr Leistung der Yacht auf dem Wasser. Ihre Weltpremiere feiert die neue Hanse 590 im September 2024 beim Cannes Yachting Festival.

Highlights Rumpf: Für eine hohe Rumpfgeschwindigkeit sorgt das hydrodynamische Design mit seiner schlanken Wasserlinie. Zugleich schaffen die Kimmkanten vorne und hinten einen breiten Rumpf für den maximal möglichen Innenraum.

Deck: Die durchdachten Steuerstände mit klappbaren Sitzen geben dem Steuermann in jeder Situation die volle Kontrolle über die Hanse 590. Alle wesentlichen Leinen und Winschen werden von hier aus bedient, und alle Informationen laufen hier zusammen. Mit Bug- und Heckstrahlrudern lässt sich die 59-Fuß-Yacht auch in engen Häfen perfekt manövrieren.

Der perfekt zugängliche Stauraum im Cockpit vor dem Niedergang fasst praktisch alle für diese Bootsgröße handelsüblichen Rettungsinseln. Das große, lounge-artige Cockpit ist von einem besonders groß dimensionierten T-Top mit Faltverdeck für einen freien Blick ins Segel überdacht. Klar von den Steuerständen separiert bietet das Cockpit mit seinen neuartigen Chaiselongues eine perfekte Verbindung zwischen Steuermann und Gästen. Frei von Stufen ist es dabei sicher und komfortabel zugleich. Das gleiche gilt für die hydraulische Gangway für den Zugang von Land aus ins Cockpit.

Vom Cockpit aus ist die besonders große Badeplattform über Stufen ebenso komfortabel erreichbar wie das Wasser von der Badeplattform aus. Starke hydraulische Dämpfer gewährleisten auch in rauem Wasser die Stabilität der Plattform, die sich durch ein aufblasbares Modul zum Beach-Club erweitern lässt.

Die hinter der Badeplattform liegende Tender-Garage fasst ein Dinghy von bis zu 3,1 Meter Länge, das sich mithilfe des Hanse Smart Tender Systems problemlos und komfortabel auch allein zu Wasser bringen lässt. Optional ist eine große Sonnenlounge auf dem Vorschiff mit Sonnensegel für ausreichende Beschattung erhältlich.

Rigg: Das große und sportliche Rigg der Hanse 590 sorgt mit großzügigen Segelflächen von 151 m2 am Wind und bis zu 326 m2 auf Raum- und Vorwind-Kursen für ein hohes Leistungspotenzial. Der Bugspriet mit integriertem Anker-Arm und zweitem Vorstag erlaubt es, ohne großen Aufwand und komfortabel jederzeit das für Wind- und Wetterbedingungen am besten geeignete Vorsegel zu wählen. Elektrische Winschen gehören ebenso zur Hanse-typischen einfachen Handhabung wie die obligatorische Selbstwendefock. Als besonders umweltfreundliche Materialoption für die Segel stehen leistungsstarke, überwiegend aus recycelten Materialien hergestellte SPS Sustainable Performance Sails von Elvstrøm zur Verfügung.

Interieur: Die intelligente Anordnung von bis zu 22 zu öffnenden Luken und Fenstern sorgt für ein Maximum an Licht und Belüftung unter Deck. Die optionalen elektrischen Schiebeluken seitlich des Niedergangs verbinden dabei auf ideale Weise Cockpit und Salon. 36 mögliche Layoutkombinationen erlauben es, die Hanse 590 allen persönlichen Bedürfnissen anzupassen. Die großzügige Eignerkabine inklusive eigenem Bad gibt es in zwei Versionen. Stattdessen sind auch zwei Vorschiffskabinen mit je zwei Doppelkojen und eigenen Bädern sowie auch eine zusätzliche separate Crew-Kabine möglich. Alternativ zu den beiden achteren Gästekabinen mit jeweils eigenem Bad besteht auch die Option, anstelle eines Bads eine weitere Einzelkabine an Backbord zu wählen.

Der mit rund 21 Quadratmeter Fläche enorm geräumige Salon bietet am großen, in zwei verschiedenen Versionen erhältlichen und für eine Lounge-Fläche absenkbaren Tisch Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Gegenüber befindet sich entweder eine weiter Lounge-Ecke oder ein Multifunktionsbereich für Navigation und Homeoffice.
