Upon payment of the remaining ticket balance, you will receive a wristband and after the pre party you will be transported to the nightclub in a luxury stretch limo or party bus.

Upon arrival at the nightclub, our representative will guide you through an express entry, allowing you to bypass the long lines and crowded entrance. Prior to making a reservation, please reach out to us for detailed information regarding the price of the nightclub party package, as well as an overview of the various nightclub packages we offer.

Additionally, we will provide you with information on the nightclub events taking place on your desired night, including details about the music genres being played. RESERVING NIGHTCLUB BOTTLE SERVICE

Brandon Miller’s widow moves to Continuum South Beach 

She’s living in a $10M condo owned by Alexander von Fürstenberg

Influencer Candice Miller moved to Miami Beach after the recent death of her husband, developer Brandon Miller, and she’s living in a condo owned by a member of the von Fürstenberg family. 

Candice Miller listed her new address in a bond petition filed in New York in mid-August, records show. Miller is domiciled at the Continuum South Beach, at 50 South Pointe Drive. 

Brandon Miller died by suicide on July 3. Candice Miller filed her petition this month in New York County surrogate’s court to be appointed administrator of his estate. Brandon Miller, who had inherited Real Estate Equities Corporation from his late father, had mounting debts at the time of his death. 

Page Six reported this month that Candice Miller’s move to Miami was financed by her friends. 

“Candice was blindsided by Brandon’s death, but she has some very supportive friends and family who have all stood by her and are helping her financially and in any other ways they can,” an anonymous source told the publication. 

A trust that’s tied to Alexander von Fürstenberg paid $10 million for the three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom unit last year. He’s the son of fashion designers Diane von Fürstenberg and Prince Egon von Fürstenberg.

Diane von Fürstenberg is now married to billionaire media mogul Barry Diller, who acquired a waterfront home lot in Miami Beach earlier this year for a record $45 million . 

Candice Miller is friends with Alexander von Fürstenberg’s wife, Alison von Fürstenberg, also known as the model Ali Kay. In 2017, the couple hosted the West Coast launch party for Candice Miller and her sister Jenna Crespi’s Mama and Tata blog at their Beverly Hills home.

It was rumored that Candice Miller would be moving closer to Palm Beach, where Crespi and her husband paid $25 million for a mansion earlier this year. 

Less than three weeks after Brandon Miller’s suicide , their bridge lender Titan Capital sued Candice Miller over missed mortgage payments on their Water Mill estate in New York. It’s now on the market for $15.5 million.

'I thought I lost him:' Fishing captain recovering from extensive burns after boat explosion

A fishing captain is recovering from extensive and excruciating burns after his boat exploded Aug. 24 in North Palm Beach, while he was on board.

“I knew when I saw all the fire trucks that I just knew it was him, because I knew that’s the last place he was going to be," said Ashley Hoban.

Ashley said her husband, Tim Hoban , was picking up supplies for their charter boat business at Lott Bros. when the boat exploded.

"I thought I lost him," said Ashley. "He has no skin on his hands, and he had to pull himself out and it was low tide and there’s barnacles all over the dock. He's burned all over the place and he had to get himself out and save himself."

She said her husband has second and third-degree burns to 36% of his body. He’s still being treated at a burn unit in Miami.

As for the boat, Ashley said it was their main source of income, but it's a total loss along with their supplies.

"It's just so sad because that was our baby, we used to go to the Bahamas, and got married there and had our boat," said Ashley. "During Hurricane Dorian, we did free supply runs cause our boat was so big we could put a lot in it."

Lott Bros. said Tim was a regular, and shared surveillance video exclusively with WPTV.

"It almost sounded like a car ran into the building, I got on the phone with 911," said Donnie Richards, a manager with Lott Bros. “I know it took the fire department hours to get that thing under control and get it out. I did not want to go out.”

Richards said one of his staff members threw Tim a flotation device while he was in the water.

He said the explosion could have caused much more damage as it was just feet away from a fuel line that's located on the dock.

“You know, his boat was his means of making a living so to have that happen and to lose everything, we really feel bad for him," said Richards. "We just want to see him recover as soon as possible and get back on his feet."

Lott Bros. and many others are stepping up financially to help the Tim through his recovery. A fundraising page has already received more than $25,000, which Ashley said has helped her rent an apartment in Miami so she can be close to her husband.

"I did not expect so many people to come to our aid and I felt more comforted by that so I didn't have to worry about that immediate need," said Ashley. "And that's huge because I'm trying to be strong for him."

Ashley said her husband does not have health insurance.

WPTV is still working to learn more about what triggered the explosion.

"He has a long way to go, burns take forever and the pain doesn’t get better," said Ashley.

Charges dropped against rapper Travis Scott after Miami Beach yacht incident

Miami beach police said they responded to the city's marina on june 20 and found scott standing on the dock yelling at people on the ship, by nbc6 and the associated press • published august 31, 2024 • updated on august 31, 2024 at 9:59 pm.

Rapper Travis Scott is no longer facing charges after police said he drunkenly yelled at people on a yacht in Miami Beach back in June.

The last remaining charge against the artist, a count of trespassing after warning, was dropped Friday, Miami-Dade County records showed.

Prosecutors dropped a disorderly intoxication charge against Scott, 33, in early August. NBC6 reached out to Scott's publicist for comment at that time, but did not hear back.

Miami Beach Police said they responded to the city's marina on June 20 and found Scott standing on the dock yelling at people on the ship. Officers told him to sit down, but he kept standing back up and yelling. They could smell alcohol on his breath, police said. The man who called police did not want to press charges, so Scott was allowed to leave.

‘It's Miami': Rapper Travis Scott arrested in Miami Beach after allegedly yelling at yacht

After being told to leave and coming back to the marina, police said they arrested the rapper.

Bodycam was later released that showed Scott's conversation with officers.

"I rented this boat, the owners came on this boat. They kicked down my door at 12 o’clock. I don’t know what’s going on, ask him," Scott tells the officers, adding, "There was no fighting involved."

At one point, Scott approaches an officer and gets into an argument. He’s then put in handcuffs, with officers telling him that he’s causing a disturbance.

Scott was released from Miami-Dade County Jail after posting a $650 bond. The rapper later poked fun at the arrest after bonding out, posting "Lol" on X and adding sunglasses and earbuds to his mugshot on his Instagram story.

His attorney, Bradford Cohen, said in a statement at the time that Scott was “detained due to a misunderstanding.”

“There was absolutely no physical altercation involved, and we thank the authorities for working with us towards a swift and amicable resolution,” Cohen said.

In Miami Beach, you can live on your boat, but getting to land is not so easy

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — For Carlos Leon, living on a boat anchored off this posh seaside community, is the ideal lifestyle.

The weather is good, except for the occasional hurricane, and the water is inviting. During the COVID pandemic, he and his girlfriend, now wife, bought a 41-foot sailboat and anchored it in Biscayne Bay. “It’s like 400 feet, 500 feet from Miami Beach land,” he says. They share their floating home with a long-haired German Shepherd.

But, because of some new policies adopted by Miami Beach, for Leon and more than 100 other people who live on their boats, getting to land for shopping, work or just to take a walk, is no longer an easy proposition.

To step on land in Miami Beach, Leon says, “I have to bring my dinghy with a paddleboard, tow it 150 feet from land.” His wife takes the paddleboard and “me and my dog swim to the dock.”

Under an ordinance recently adopted by Miami Beach , Leon and the other liveaboard boaters can’t leave their dinghies or even their paddleboards at a city-owned boat launch or they’ll face a $1,000 fine.

This small community is anchored in state waters and legal, as long as they remain 150 feet offshore. Leon says. “Obviously, we have to have our tanks, our toilets, our anchors, anchor lights, everything, up to code. But if everything is up to code, we’re good. We’re legally here.”

But being legal isn’t the same thing as being welcome. For years, some in Miami Beach have not been happy about the small community boats just offshore.

In December, Miami Beach commissioner David Suarez spearheaded a move that cut off an essential lifeline for the liveaboard boaters.

At his urging, the commission voted to remove a public dock next to a supermarket. At the meeting he said, “I’m going to try to limit the amount of access that the people who live on these boats that come to the mainland. Because they can’t live on a boat forever. They have to come to the mainland to get food, water and necessary supplies.”

With their dock gone, liveaboard boaters began using a city-owned boat launch as a place to leave their dinghies while they picked up groceries or ran other errands. But the commission soon responded, banning dinghies and imposing a big fine for violators.

That’s made things difficult for the liveaboard boaters, Leon says, especially those who are elderly or not up to swimming 150 feet to the only place where they now can legally come ashore. “Every other area is illegal to use,” Leon says. “So, I’m becoming a criminal just to get to land.”

Suarez calls the liveaboards “boat squatters,” and in an interview said the regulations are “justified and necessary.”

Members of the West Avenue Neighborhood Association agree.

The group represents Miami Beach residents who live in the condominiums that line Biscayne Bay and look out on the community of live-aboard boaters. The association has raised concerns about pollution from boats that illegally dump their waste into the bay, about the damage their anchors cause to seagrass and about the cost of dealing with derelict vessels abandoned by their owners.

Susanna Purucker, a condo owner active with the group, says liveaboard boaters are enjoying the benefits of living in Miami Beach without the responsibilities. ”You’re not paying property taxes. You’re not paying to even keep your boat in the water. It’s just, if I can use the word, free-loading, because it is.”

The liveaboard boaters have formed their own group, the Miami Beach Boaters Association . Carlos Leon says they’re considering suing the city for what they believe is a violation of their civil rights. He says, what’s at stake is a whole way of life. “Because if we move, then Key West, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, everybody’s going to say, ‘Okay, let’s follow what this guy did because it worked.’ And then, guess what? No boaters will be able to get to land,” Leon says.

Miami Beach is in talks with the state over plans for a mooring field for boats in the bay. Depending on how it’s done, it could bring regulation to the liveaboard community or it could be used to drive them away.
